The room was very small. Bunk beds with a double bed next to it, hardly any space to walk around the room at all.

The location was excellent, a short walk away from Hyde park allowing us walk to most attractions easily such as the museums and monuments. We have two children 9 and 12 who also found it easy to walk to these locations. Staff were excellent, really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was beautiful.

The room had 3 beds jammed in a double room. I couldn't open the bathroom door because the bed was too close. The floor of the room was soft and sunk down. The room needed repairs and the window was broken.

Both were excellent, especially the breakfast room ladies.

The rooms was small and with 3 twin beds there wasn't any extra space. Being an older building the layout was a bit of a maize with narrow halls, etc. But this is what we expected in an older section of London.

Perfect location one block from Paddington Station. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. We were 3 friends sharing a room and picked this hotel because they had rooms with 3 twin beds. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and answering any questions we had. Nice morning breakfast. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Excellent location. Great breakfast. Everything good except the mattress really really really needs to be replaced as it's very lumpy. This was the 4th room I've stayed in. Most have been fine.

Mainly the shower curtain

The breakfast was a basic buffet..satisfied our needs. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was adequate. Unfortunately, the shower was awkward and tight on space with shower curtain which is one of my hates. The problem was the show head holder not doing its job it was designed for, but as we were only staying a night it didn't spoil our trip nto the city.

We stayed across road, so stairs were a little inconvenient with luggage. A lift only did 1 floor.

Need more plugs in the rooms . We were in 209 and there were 3 single sockets ( one in use by the mini fridge) which were at the foot end of the bed .

Absolutely great location a 2 minute walk from the main entrance to paddington station . Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful Reception staff were really helpful and considerate . Plentiful tea and coffee

The windows could not be opened, the shower was too small.

Close to the central area, you have everything you need near the hotel, restaurants, shops etc. Very nice to have a free pint of beer from the house. The breakfast was very good. The staff so helpful.

Nothing really.No complain at all.For a budget friendly hotel. We had a good experience and pleasant stay in stylotel.

The hotel location is close proximity to Paddington Train station. Many shops and nice restaurant in the area, also very accessible for public transport Bus stop is just around the corner of the hotel. We got a free drink in Sussex Bar from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and sound proof. Compact room but is budget friendly.Staff are very helpful and friendly. The catering and household staff are very approachable. We love their breakfast buffet. They have unlimited supply of coffee and tea, cold water dispenser in the reception, guest area.
