Beautiul view, Staff are wonderful. All were polite and helpful. They greeted me as we entered and helped with the luggage, we were tired from traveling, and that is nice. Clean hotel and excellent breakfast 👍🏻

The breakfast! I would've expected a much better breakfast at The Sea Containers, its overpriced at £25, and it doesn't offer much. It is a buffet style breakfast, and doesn't have many options. I also do not like how the final receipt upon check out is formatted. It looks as though there are hidden costs and add ons. The couple sat next to us for breakfast didn't rate it too highly either.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had an excellent stay. The room was nice. We had the delux with a patio, but didnt use the patio that much. I wouldnt pay for that room again, as its quite standard size, if not on the small size.

Bed was a little hard and pillows not that great but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Loved the design and feel of the hotel and the location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and we arrived at 630am after a flight from Australia, and they arranged for us to get our room straight away. We even got complimentary breakfast which was great.

The music in the roof top bar was really loud for a hotel bar, however there is a second bar on the ground floor.

The location is lovely. Breakfast was very good. We upgraded on checkin to a suite which was amazing as we were celebrating my partner’s 50th Birthday. The suite has a double balcony overlooking the Thames with a view of St Paul’s plus we bought our dog to stay on the 2nd night.

Rooms were to warm. Air conditioning only goes down to 19 however felt warmer than that. No opening windows or fresh air. Had to ask for top sheet because to warm to sleep with duvet. Nowhere to hang hand or body towels

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and nothing was a problem. The cleaning staff checked in again to make sure we were comfortable for the night. Breakfast staff were excellent. The river views were absolutely amazing. I am so pleased we chose to stay here.

The breakfest offer wasn't as in the 5 star Hotel. The hotel staff wasn't particularly friendly from the beginning to the end of our stay, even I would never say that they were unkind. It looks that they were too busy. The bathroom accessories weren't replenished for a few days, But it wasn't also a big problem. During our stay, we had an unpleasent situation. One night the fire alarm was went off around the midnight which really disturbed me and my husband. After that, someone from the hotel security knocked on the door of our room with explanation that he was charged to investigate alarm situation. We were told that we were not in the danger, but it was stressful for us. We didn't receive any kind of excuse from the hotel staff, not that night or for the rest of our stay. Truly, we would appreciate some words of apologies bcs of the inconvenience experience we had or even explanation for the accident.

The smell of the Hotel :) Room was modern and tasteful with a comfortable and huge bed. location was perfect, very convenient to train station and in walking distance to many attractive places.
