Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI booked a twin room last minute and was called to say twin not available so bunk beds or a double. Brackets etc for tv but no tv in the room. Kettle and cups in the room but no spoons (and no tea/coffe or milk).
Available when I needed somewhere to stay. Top floor, sea view.

United KingdomDespite the location and time of year it felt expensive. A small mirror in the room would be really useful. Unfortunately the bed frames squeaked loudly with every turn so sleep was disturbed. The advertised bar/cafe didn’t seem to be open?
Staff were excellent, friendly, accommodating. room well appointed and v clean, view was awesome. Place was quiet and calm. Shared bathrooms were as clean as possible considering people are coming off the beach and they can’t be cleaned after every single use. All guests seemed very respectful.

United KingdomThere was no breakfast available due to Covid but that's no fault of 'Shore Lodge'. My family room was rather small as the bunk bed fills up more than half of the space. I think they could do better with soundproofing for the rooms. The shower wasn't great as there was hardly any pressure (faulty?!), the water kind of dribbles :( The use of shared toilets and shower can be a challenge in the mornings.
The location was great as everything was within walking distance. The staff was really helpful and accommodating, a shout out to Mo and the manager!
