Everything was great.

I like to stay in this exceptionally well run hotel when we come to Brum. It is clean, comfortable and quiet, despite being in the very centre of the city. Rooms are a good size and have kitchen facilities. Breakfast is always great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nit picking, but fried eggs on a breakfast are my choice, but it was a 4 hour breakfast session and I completely understand how difficult that would be.

The location is excellent. Just a short walk from the station and in the heart of the shopping area. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and exceptionally comfortable.

I’m nitpicking here. Because I had almost zero issues here. Room could use a lick of paint to cover a few chipped spots. No hairdryer. Which is fine. This isn’t a super expensive hotel nor is it super cheap. I would expect a hairdryer included with this price. Bathroom sink is a bit too low for me. But that’s just me.

Very spacious and clean hotel. My room was bigger than expected with full kitchen included. Bathroom had a modern feel about it and of course was clean. Complementary breakfast from 6:30am - 9:30am with full English options like baked beans, sausages, English bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. (Tea & Coffee 24/7 unlimited). Staff were great! Well mannered and friendly.

The view is a bit meh but that's mainly due to the location, I imagine it's nicer a bit higher up. The electrics in the room are a bit finicky and I found it a bit tricky to get the lighting how I wanted it but it was fine enough.

The shower was amazing. There were a few areas in the room that could use sprucing up mainly cracked plaster in places etc. But this didn't affect my overall comfort. The bed was amazing. I fell asleep really fast, it was so comfortable. The facilities are alright. It's great that there is a laundry room downstairs. Quite self explanatory to use. The little kitchenette in the room is really handy as well. Overall was a lovely stay

Everything about the hotel was super my only problem is the fact that taxis cannot pick you up in the hotel. You have to walk a distance of about 200 meters to get an Uber or bolt . With bag at was not funny.

The windows didn't open and it was a bit warm in the night.

The hotel was clean , comfortable, well situated with excellent facilities. Nice breakfast, very welcoming and friendly staff. Location is excellent, we will definitely stay again.

I always stay here when I come to Birmingham, which is often to visit my son who is at Uni. It’s become like a home away from home. The staff are fantastic and friendly and rooms set you up so you can choose to cook or go out, making the trip as budget friendly as I need it to be!
