I think the breakfast area was quite cramped. The seating area was great and had a choice of sitting outside which was a real plus, but the food seemed to be shoved into the corner and people were bumping into each other, also i expected a bit more choice on offer. Don't want this to look like a complaint, but i just feel that this aspect kind of let the hotel down slightly. But still a great stay.

The room was very clean . The bed was comfortable . Overall very impressive. We were surprised to see the kitchen area with tea and coffee and anything we needed if we decided to cook. Great to have an ironing board and iron and plenty of room for clothes.

Only issue was noise, a lot of construction noise going on really early also could hear housekeeping going in and out of rooms which did wake me up.

Was there for a concert at coop arena we loved the hotel, it’s in such a great location, friendly welcome all staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was amazing had everything needed felt like being at home, the bed was seriously comfortable, Didn’t make it for breakfast so can’t comment, but overall really happy with the stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very poor selection of food for breakfast compared to a 4 star hotel. In the bathroom everything included mint or menthol and i hate the menthol, a very bad choice. Location is not the best, constructions all around the place or just nothing at all.

Excellent room with plenty of facilities. Super clean apartment and really comfortable bed. An unexpected balcony area and really light and airy. Loved the lay out as it felt like the bed area was almost a separate room to the living kitchenette. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of choice. From meat and cheeses to pastries and a full English. Coffee was amazing and everything I ate was tasty. Staff were really helpful as I was in a huge rush to get to an event and they organised my taxi and made sure I was looked after.

The only downside is that it felt modern but felt as if it had been put together very quickly. I opened the fridge and a plank of wood fell off underneath. There were also a few other bits and bobs which needed that finishing touch. I also didn’t like than upon check in, the receptionist ignored me twice and let two others jump the queue without apologising. This was a little rude.

The room was excellent; clean, ready to stay in and had good facilities. (The kitchen area was excellent!) I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast, so I’m not able to comment on this.

The only thing negative I can possibly think of, is we waited a while to be served at the bar due to the staff being busy, but it wasn’t a problem.

The whole hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back.

Rooms at end of building are noisy with main road traffic outside. Ask for a room away from those ending in 26 if outside noise bothers you.

Good location and lovely breakfast. Close to city centre and also new Co-Op Arena. Well appointed modern rooms.
