Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was there initially for work training but booked a hotel room for my husband and newborn so that I could have feeding breaks. The staff in the restaurant firstly provided a workspace for my husband so that he could work and look after our son somewhere private. Then, the kind staff at reception upgraded our room. I can honestly say the staff made this experience for us and we will definitely be returning for leisure.

United KingdomThe wardrobe units are missing a rail space on one side of the arrangements in the dressing area, and one has a height divider that restricts the use in a minor way. The AC [room 519] did need some attention and a re gas perhaps, though this was reported to staff on check out.
The hotel is in a great location to get around the manchester city centre area, great secure parking for starters. The room was superb, and we likened it to many of the great Middle Eastern and Asian hotels we've stayed in. Great in room facilities, clean and quiet!

United KingdomThere was not anything we did not like. We had no issues during our stay at The Lowry Hotel. Parking near the hotel is £28 but alternative parking can be found nearby elsewhere.
The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the check in was straightforward. It is a good location to reach the city centre area. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
