Great location, very close to all amenities. Collecting keys from lock box was very easy and explained well prior to check in. Apartment was perfect for a couple evenings stay.

They can’t control the building itself which as both lifts were out on my arrival and were for the majority of my stay I was glad j was on floor 1, for those on floors 2-6 this could be a problem. My last stay only 1 was working so this appears to be an ongoing problem. The flat itself no problems at all

Have stayed here before and will again. The hosts are very receptive to any issues and rectify as soon as they can as long as they are with the apartment. I like the complementary tea coffee, dishwasher tabs etc. if there could be salt pepper and or oil that would be perfect.

Guests should be allowed the opportunity to physically inspect the property prior to committing their funds after booking. Otherwise, they should be refunded total booking fee if the property doesn't meet their expectations on arrival. My host was very friendly and available to assist, but the office admin staff was rude on the phone with poor customer service. The cooking pots in the apartment are way too small for cooking with the induction cooker installed in the apartment. The lighting on the 3rd floor corridor went off for long for some days. The location of the television on the wall in flat 307 is poor. The cutlery (fork, spoon, knives) in flat 317 is below standard. Wood work skating (wall and floor) in the sitting room in flat 307 needs fixing.

The location of the property is outstanding as there is access to multiple amenities and services in the center of the city. The lift access is good.

Not the fault of the company but the flats are in a large block and for at least half my stay (including on arrival late at night) the hallway lights were out so it was pitch black which didn’t make me feel particularly safe. Internally tv is at an odd angle to the sofa, fine if you are on your own as can sit lengthways but if a couple sitting side by side you can’t see the tv as it’s at a right angle to the sofa. As with so many of these aparthotels leaving salt/pepper in the kitchen would be helpful / a nice gesture

Property was as expected. It was super easy to extend my stay and when contacted for extra dishwasher tablets etc this was provided without issue.

The only downside was for people like myself doing longer stays in this apartment. We had to purchase our own cooking trays and sieve and cheese grater etc but the rest of the kitchen was equipped so this would only be a problem for longer term stays rather than one or two nights. Apart from that it was lovely to stay in.

Was perfect location right opposite the mall and shops it was great! A quiet building, had no disruptions from neighbours. Loved it.

Safely is poor. The front door was difficult to close and so tended to be left open for anyone to enter. Delay in getting into the room due to the room not being ready.

Central position, so excellent for shops, train and restaurants. Clean and well-equipped for simple cooking and laundry.

There is lots of day light in the room. They should have blackout curtains, it was very difficult for my 18th months old daughter to fall asleep.

One of the bedrooms does not have a window and doors. Beds are very narrow. Kitchen with nearly no equipment (one small pot). The appartment is owned by a company and the contact is somehow impersonal, wirh long messages sent via booking chat, even the keys are located in a kiosk nearby.

Located at the centre of Luton, 5 inutes from the main public transport hub, 2 minutes from a huge shopping centre. At the same time - the appartment is very calm and quiet.

. TV bit too high, should be lowered. Awkward viewing from position on sofa (especially for someone who is not that tall) . Shower very narrow and cramped, not much room to move /turnaround without bumping into the walls or knobs . No drying rack for dishes after washing up TV didn't seem to be a Smart TV (wanted to log into Netflix or bbc iplayer but couldn't figure out how)

One room had not door depriving occupants of privacy. There were no lights on the corridors on 3rd floor, so it was pitch dark. We had to use our phones as torch lights. Rating of "value for money" is low.
