There was nothing not to like.

Beautiful little hotel down quaint little street in lovely part of London and just minutes to metro station. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely receptionist upgraded our room for free and arranged a free glass of champagne on the rooftop bar. Room was very spacious and the entire hotel spotlessly clean. Very quiet location.

This is a quiet luxurious hotel conveniently located. The dining options are stellar, our room was delightful. They have thought of every detail- from daily newspaper delivery if you’d like, to a rubber ducky for your bath. It’s close to several Underground stations, easy walking to Covent Garden and that area.

The continental breakfast was not good. Big slabs of bread with just basic ham and Brie. A wider selection of a variety of meats and cheeses in smaller amounts would have been much better, with some cucumber and tomato etc. The fruit salad that came with it was very good though.

The style of the place was gorgeous, and the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Great location and lovely bedrooms. The complementary mini bar of soft drinks was a nice touch. The roof terrace had stunning views and they made a very good Aperol Spritz.

I was placed in a room “upgraded” on the dirt floor so I had no view and not much natural light at all.

The property had near by parking. The room was exceptionally clean. We had a really good view. Free mini bar. We want to shout out to the night manager Toloue who gave our little a little souvenir for her to play with.

A nice little hotel right next to Mansion house underground station. Lovely staff and beautiful rooms. Make sure to check out the roof top restaurant/bar. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in London City

I loved this hotel - the location is excellent, being close to the metro and Tate Modern, making it easy to get to various parts of the city. My room was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, equipped with everything I needed. The hotel’s decor is stunning, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant and bar provide a lovely place to spend time with a great view.

The only thing we really didn't like was the inconvenience of the panel where you control the lights and A/C. Right before going to bed at the middle of the night, somebody had to come fix and centrally reset the settings for our room just because we were not able to turn off the lights anymore. The A/C also did not work properly until it was reset.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. The building is nicely located with just a 1 min walk to the subway station.
