We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, where the sea view took our breath away. Our 2-night, 3-day experience was excellent. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Anna Maria, one of the staff members, welcomed us with genuine warmth and provided us with invaluable information about the area and Akrotiri. The owner of the hotel is very kind and humble. Anna’s dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable went above and beyond. Her recommendation for the starsailing catamaran cruise was a true highlight. We would have missed a fabulous experience if she hadn’t mentioned it! The cooking staff and cafe team were equally friendly and helpful, making us feel like we’ve made lifelong friends during our stay. The hotel staff is so helpful and dedicated. The hotel’s attention to detail, from the comfortable rooms to the breathtaking views, left a lasting impression. We highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking exceptional service and a memorable vacation. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

The mattress could have been a bit better. We slept okay so it wasn't bad, my husband was just a bit stiff a few mornings.

The staff! Anna Maria was amazing. Whatever we needed help with (cruise, transportation, local information, etc.), she was on it immediately. Truly professional. Niko took care of us every morning for breakfast, as well as helped clean rooms. He doesn't speak a lot of English, but he didn't need to for you to understand his genuine resolve to make your stay pleasant. Joseph, wait staff in the restaurant.... sweet kid, on top of his job. His hospitality was spot on. Everyone makes you feel like family, not just another name coming through. I know the difference! I work in the hospitality industry as well. Although the beds could be more comfortable, the room was spotless, and that was extremely important to me. We will definitely be back to stay here. We miss them already and we haven't even left the Santorini airport!

- Mosquitos. Nothing really bad, but something to keep in mind when travelling here with kids.

- Fantastic service: everyone was always super friendly and ready to answer our questions and help with whatever we needed. - Family-friendly: the staff was really sweet to our 3-year old, she felt right at home. :) The hotel is located in a very quiet place, so we could sleep to the sound of the waves… - Breakfast: varied and delicious, it’s was really a pleasure to start the day with a delicious meal with their amazing view. - Lovely rooms: our room was super nice, extremely clean with an amazing view. I loved the shower and the patios with fabulous virws. - location: close to the red beach and to several delicious restaurants. As we rent a car, Akrotiri was in a very central location to go to other nice places we wanted to see in the island.

T.V. didn't get good reception, not walkable to anything except one archeological site. There was a good restaurant near by, The Cave of Nicholas. The hotel could use an upgrade but very clean.

The staff were wonderful. It was a bit out of the way and not walkable. It was not a beach with sand, very rocky. The breakfast was delicious, so if you want to be off grid, this works, but not near any shops.

Lovely family-run hotel in a fantastic location right in the water and within a short walking distance to local restaurants. A really nice comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Amazing staff. Highly recommended.

Nothing - it was perfect for us.

Our stay was just perfect. The location is incredible - right by the sea, with a black sand beach a few steps down from the hotel. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, the staff is lovely and attentive - felt like paradise. Santorini is also a very busy island - a lot of mass tourism but the location of the hotel is where you escape those crowds - it has more of a local feel and yet Akrotiri ancient city and the red beach are a short walk away. Can’t recommend enough!

Hotel is a family business and got little help from the owner/host on things like how to book a taxi/ transport to and from town, where to eat, sites to visit, etc. Even when we asked, he kinda just brushed us off. Room was to include tea/coffee and a mini bar but had nothing, not even a bottle of water, but there was a kettle. Air con didn't work so leaving the door open for the cool breeze helped. Pamphlets with information on transport around the area/island, where to eat, activities etc would make the difference for any first time traveller given the town is 30mins out of main town (Fira) & not a popular accommodation option for tourists.

The location was beautiful as it was right on the beach, most of the staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely outside on the balcony every morning and the room was good size with beautiful views of the Aegean sea! Hotel guests can use the sunbeds and umbrella on the beach for free. Pre-historic town site is less than a 5min walk!

Room 16 had no outside light. For non coffee drinkers a kettle would be useful (did not ask but they may have provided!).

The setting was outstanding and staff very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Location right next to bus stop to Fira was really helpful to get about the island without the need for a car.

I loved how quiet and relaxing the property was in comparison to the hustle and bustle of the other towns. Beautiful views from the room and right on the beach made the whole stay memorable.
