A minor thing only: I had the room facing the main road and it was a bit loud. Everything else is great.

The rooms are large and clean. The stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is good: 300m to the beach, there are good restaurants and groceries in the vicinity. It's nice to have a pool for a quick dip. The restaurant is great too.

When I look back on our stay at the hotel, there's literally nothing to complain about.

I don't know where to start. Just overall amazing. Big and comfy bed, spacious apartment, spottless clean when we arrived and they kept cleaning it every day. Exceptional staff. I don't feel right calling them staff, they're a lovely family. Even the cleaning lady was happy and courteous all the time! Lovely yard with a pool and a restaurant that always seemed to be full, it seemed to advertise itself since people kept coming back for the great food and service. Even though the restaurant was under our window, it was never loud and respectfully closed early, allowing the hotel guests to rest. Overall a quiet area where you can feel rested all the time. The whole family was great to us, we arrived kind of late and also had to leave very early (before dawn) Yanna was very understanding and helpful with this, made no fuss whatsoever and arranged a kind taxi driver for us. Location - also amazing. 4 beautiful beaches are literally within walking distance. We even walked back from Chania city one day. It's about 3 kilometers, definitely doable. The city bus stops on this street, it's reliable and takes you to the city quickly. Really no need to use a taxi unless it's after midnight. There's no doubt I'd come back!

Only downside is close to road but didn’t really bother us once we got used to it.

Lovely clean good sized pool and friendly super helpful staff. Good size room with balcony and air con. And a decent hairdryer!! Great location for beach and short drive to Chania town, Also closeto bus stop if no hire car. Decent food and atmosphere in the cafe/ restaurant. Basic accommodation but Good value for money!

Only downside I would say is that the pool area doesn’t get the sun as much in the later afternoon but saying this the beach is a 30s walk so it’s not much of a problem.

Very clean property with cleaner sorting out the apartment frequently with new towels, bedding and cleaning. The large bed made it extra comfortable and a balcony facing the pool was a bonus. The family running the place are just amazing!

The friendlyness of the staff, the clean and quiet pool, the spacious 2 rooms apartment. Being outside of Chania city center was the perfect choice. Too crowded. We had easy access to the beach, not the most beautiful in Creta, but for sure clean water and sand, not too crowded, many bars and free beach. Amazing. Easy to go to different attractions in Creta if you have your car or use the bus to quickly get to Chania center for dinner and drinks.

I didn't bother us, but it might be a factor for some guests: rooms could use some updates. But then it would be more expensive, right? :). So considering everything, it is great value as it is now.

Superb family run hotel and restaurant, amazing staff, we received excellent service. Great food in the restaurant. Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds, not crowded at all. Great location, there's everything you might need in 5 minutes walking distance. Parking spaces available in case you have a car.

The studio with a large balcony is very large and spacious. I enjoyed the view, the comfort of the room, it has all what's needed for a long or a short stay. I stayed solo and felt very secure, the staff members very friendly and helped me with everything. I appreciate it very much and hope to be back. The WIFI is great.

We had a wonderful holiday in Jechrina! Family run small hotel had everything we needed: nice clean apartment with free ac in both rooms and a nice view from the balcony, good pool with sunbeds and perfect location: sand beach, small shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The family welcomed us with warm hospitality and the hotel restaurant Piato served excellent food from breakfast to dinner. And all this with very reasonable price! Thank you again!

Everything about the accommodation was super. Pool area is beautiful and very clean. The family that run it are extremely nice and helpful. Everything on the menu is delicious.The location is perfect, in a peaceful area, but only a 10 minute bus ride from the centre.

Room needed a toaster. Also maid could have done better. Don't think the floor was mopped in the whole 2 weeks we were there. There was a piece of dried pasta from a previous guest under the table when we arrived and it was still there when we left 2 weeks later.

Size of room. Comfy large bed. Excellent shower blackout shutters were appreciated. Good quality sheets and towels. Friendly family. Excellent food in the restaurant. Lovely pool area.

I would add a microwave to the apartment, would be really very useful.

They were able to satify our apartment request during the booking process while it was initially not available. Communication has been fast and precise after the booking process. The place has been renovated and everything was as expected. Apartment is quite big, clean and well equipped. Pool view from the balcony was great. The possibility to use a pool is a great plus. Possibiilty to have a free parking on site. Hosts have always been very helpful, friendly and they can organize tours in case you don't have a car or want to have everything organized. It's at walking distance from one of the best the beaches we found in the whole island: sandy beach and clear water.

The fact we had to come home.

what was not to like. We stayed for 10 days in these fantastic apartments. They were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and area were very clean and plenty of sun beds available. Great location for 3 good sandy beaches, exploring the headlands, and on a direct bus route into Chania every 20mins and from early in morning till last bus at 11.30, or a taxi back. Quieter resort, so not for anyone wanting music bars or nightclubs, but lots of lovely restaurants and tavernas to while away the evenings at. Having said that we ate at the on site restaurant 3 evenings as the food was so good, mama’s baklava must be one of the best we’ve had. The family that run these apartments are so friendly and helpful, special mention to Jerry and Veronica who were there whenever we had a question or query. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.
