The booking was changed a few days before trip. They sent us to a location even further away from city center, not very clean and no bath tub as originally booked. The washing machine was filthy with rocks and sand ruimed our clothes.

The bed was squeky and the bathroom not as clean as I expected. Also the AC made a very high pitch (turned off) noise so we had to unplug it. Otherwise, the accommodation is an ok option if you are not very pretentious

The location was very convenient and had pretty much all you need for a short stay. The owner was responsive and the check in fast. They were also nice to let us early check in.

When the AC unit is on there is a small lake forming on the balcony. We had some issue with closing and opening the balcony door, as it is a little bit misaligned. On the morning of the departure the cleaning lady basically kicked us out even though there was still some time left until our check-out hour :))

This was a well-equipped apartment definitely worth the (pretty low) price it asks. Room with air-conditioning, well-stocked kitchen and the neighbourhood felt safe and chill. Possibility to check out pretty late between 12 and 1pm

The wifi speed is very slow , almost unusable. The AC make a continous squicking noise. The bathtub is very small.

It is difficult to unlock the room. Even James Bond would not be able to get into the room fast enough and would be attacked by assassins!

I had a job at Harokopio University of Athens, so I was very satisfied with my stay because of the easy access to my workplace. Air conditioning worked well.

Property was good but I had to struggle with the room key i was unable to find the key .key box was not getting open and there was nobody to help me .so my first half night gone like horrible .and i called to property owner she was not picking my call after 4hours she picked up the call i doesn't understand English.ohhh,,,but yes finally its okey

Everything else. I stained the sheets on the bed with a bit of ketchup, so being nice, I removed them to wash them for the owner, the bed was stained with blood and other feces and disgusting fluids. That cannot be healthy nor sanitary for people to sleep on. The white sheet provided was dirty (had a yellow stain). The wallpaper is done weird and you can see the glue and lastly, checkout was 1-2pm and at 12pm the owner came by and knocked and waited outside until I got my clothes on and opened the door. I had no idea who it was, she never messaged or called to tell me. Lastly, she advises me that she's there to clean the place and I told her I need 20 more minutes.. without warning she then proceeds to enter the apartment while I'm half naked to place a bag in the foyer with cleaning supplies. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. She has absolutely no right to walk into my apartment. It would have been professional for her to ask first.

I'd say that it's not a super lux apartment and it lacks the view, the balcony is very small, but if you're staying in Athens, the view is not always the point right? Also, it is located on the 4th floor and the elevator would not always work for some reason, but that was just fine for me.

It was a very cute small apartment. Plenty of space for clothes etc. Many amenities in the kitchen and always with hot water. It was located in a quite area and definitely worths the money for a few nights stay. We did not meet with the owner but we met the housekeeper upon departure and she was a lovely woman.
