Amaizing stay for us Whatever it says on description its true and beyond because of the amaizing staff.It makes all different when you have someone who greet you politelely and with great hospitality. Very nice and cozy place,carefuly decorated. It seams like you are in the time capsule, tradicionaly but modern. We had a BB stay and was enough for us cos we were active during the day.Every day its mandatory to pre-order b-fast and it will be served.Caffee is active all day so if you want you can enjoy during the evening, you can stay outside and enjoy music and minggle cos nearby are other caffes with live music

Great hotel in great location. Staff outstandingly helpful, polite and thoughtful. We had our passports and credit cards stolen in Thessaloniki and the staff on duty,Martha, Artemis and Elena could not have done more to make a stressful situation less so. Would recommend unreservedly.

The top floor corner room was too hot and there are mosquitoes. Would have been better if at least one window had mosquito netting.

The staff are very friendly and always try to ensure I have a pleasant stay. Clean rooms. Lovely breakfast.

We were given a room upgrade, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were all so friendly and helpful. Great selection of pillows available, and the kitchen are good at adapting the breakfast to accommodate gluten free requests.

I think in Caravan they know very well about hospitality and you could see that in every person working there. They were all of them super polite, friendly and helpful with providing us tips about the city and our stay so as to make it unforgettable! The location was convenient, the hotel is very nicely decorated and the breakfast was delicious and freshly made! We will definitely come back!

Centrally located very close to major attractions and plenty of restaurants - just a short walk away. Bright and spacious room with balcony. Tasty breakfast in a lovely decorated ground floor. The biggest asset of the Caravan is its employees. Many thanks to everyone, especially Artemis - you all were very welcoming and friendly!

I guess there could have been a toothbrush ready there, but that isn't really an expectation from most hotels anyway, so that isn't an issue. Also, as expected, be prepared for some noise from Egnatia street in the evening if you go to sleep early.

Everything from the extremely helpful and polite staff to the great location (right next to a central downtown road, i.e. Egnatia, Alkazar baths as shown in the photo, Aristotelous square from the north side, cafes & restaurants, and bus stops to go anywhere with ease) to the rich and varied (included!) breakfast options to the cosy organization & sustainable cleaning habits of the rooms and the amazing price for two students to stay for a night! I couldn't recommend this place more, it's just 100/10!

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was perfect! I want to specially thank Eleni and Artemis for being so helpful, professional and nice! In general all the staff was very nice and they really make an effort to do the best job they can. I think I've never seen so dedicated employees in a hotel in my life (and I've worked in hotels). I can only say good things about our stay: the location is great, the breakfast is amazing, it's clean... We also had so many unexpected nice surprises such as an early free check-in that was available already from 10:15 and a free upgrade from the executive room to the suite which had an amazing terrasse. Eleni also helped us booking our day trip to Meteora which was great and even made us saved money because it was cheaper than the one I had found. Thank you so much!!

We've been to Thessaloniki at least 20 times. This is our second time in The Caravan and we simply don't want to change B&B anymore. It's spotlessly clean and so close to the heart of the city. But the main value is their sincere hospitality. It's a bit hipster's place with very good breakfast and cool atmosphere. Some very smart team have designed the whole concept. Just to add that parking place Caravan Sarai is just across the street and always have free space for hotel guests.
