The villa is a bit uphill and has an amazing view over the pool, garden and Kali bay and the Osljak island. Stayed for 3 days and extended for another 3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful with directions and also gave me a car ride to the city to rent a bike. The WiFi is very good, even for working. Has a nice terrace with a pool, sunloungers, BBQ, etc. and in 2 min you can reach the beach in the bay. Good value for money and definitely worth visiting.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a fantastic view. The pool was an added bonus. Great location with a nice walk into Preko for more restaurants etc. The owners were so helpful and welcoming. We did not want to leave.

Very nice and clean apartment with stunning views over Kali harbour from the balcony and windows. Lovely, quiet pool area also with the same wonderful view. A truly wonderful and relaxing place.

They did not have a doorbell so that when people are coming to stay at the hotel, they know who to contact.

Nothing - everything was great 😁. Tip...consider hiring a car or moped as bus service is infrequent (note that bus times at the stop signal the time it left the initial departure point, NOT the time it will arrive at your stop 😂).

Lovely accommodation, great pool, beautiful view, easy (though steep) access to beach area once you find the short cut down past the pool, supermarket open all week less than 10 min walk away. Everything was great, but wasn't easy to find owner to check in as no reception area. Once you realise that you need to phone or text her, she is always v quick to respond and very helpful. Useful to have Aircon in evenings. Not as many tourists here compared to other places and we liked the relative calmness.

Unfortunately the house is close to the road so at 6-7 in the morning there is a lot of traffic. Nothing to do about it though.

Isabelle, the owner was very helpful and friendly, arranging taxi and everything. Really nice place to stay for some days. Lovely pool and place for relaxing. Short walk to the center of the village and the two restaurants that was still open. Season closing so they close too. I can highly recommend this place for vacation.

We travelling by foot and had some problems finding the property with address in Google maps. Try to find "Apartments Franov" in maps instead of just the address location and you should be just fine or call helpful host directly.

We had nice spacious apartment with comfy beds and AMAZING view from the balcony. Good size fridge and good kitchen gear to prepare breakfast. We were nicely surprised that there was a washing machine.

Amazing apartment located on a hill side, with breathtaking views outside the window. We really liked two big balconies, both with seaside views. It was clean and with all of the necessary equipment. Also, there are many shops, beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Owners were incredibly kind and extremely helpful! I highly recommend it and will visit again!

The apartment could have had more kitchen utensils and appliances. The bathroom had no ventilation and towel hangers were loose.

The hostess was super kind and gave us lots of useful recommendations. The pool, the BBQ and the view from the balcony were amazing. Also the location was convenient because it was close to the ferry, beaches and supermarkets (we had a car).

We loved the apartment, the pool, the view and the area. Ugljan is beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing and exploring! We all loved the swimming area near the apartment and also enjoyed exploring other beaches nearby. The hosts are so thoughtful and caring and really go the extra mile… they were amazing and we’re so grateful for all that they did for us. We will definitely be back!

I don’t have anything. Everything was perfect

In summary, everything, far beyond perfect. Owner was fulfilling all pandemic restrictions/recommendations (mask, desinfection everywhere, distance, touchless contact, regual desinfection of all contact places). Owner tries to help me with everything I needed. Like bring extra towels, give me directions and advice for good touristically places, etc. I felt like I was home. Also I liked the pool, which was also constantly cleaned. Apartment was nice and clean, ready for my arrival, and bed was nicely prepared (artistic touch). In summary, it was one of the best experience I ever had. Next time I visit Croatia, I will book this apartment right away.

very little. i walked from the port along the sea it wss about 30 mins to find the appts. i was tired and weary. i spoke to the host, she tried secure me a taxi. but it was of season,. Id just missed a bus. the place is amazing.
