Noisy. Outside: The room was close to a nearby bridge, which was noisy. Inside: The corridor sounds are very much heard in the room.

First, the receptionist was very pleasant. We received a free upgrade from a standard room to a suite. The room was good. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is superb - close to everything by foot, and easy to reach by car (from outside the city).

We arrived at the hotel to find a smelly room - with a very strong smell of paint. This was very disturbing since one of our kids is less than 1 year old. Due to no other room available, we were asked to let staff know when the room is free for 2 hours so they can run some smoke machine to clear the smell. and so we did. When we came back we found that not only did they leave the machine running for 6 hours instead of 1 hour - the manager said that his employee was wrong to do it and it is not allowed to run the machine with people/people's stuff in it (and all our stuff and baby stuff were there) - that for 24H it is not allowed to occupy the room. at 23:00 we had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour with very tired kids and a baby - not knowing where we will stay - and eventually were moved to a far away hotel that had no parking (so we had to look everywhere for it in middle of the night) with kids that fell asleep in the car and had to wake again - and to transfer all our stuff in the middle of the night. The hotel's representative was very understanding of the situation and did all he can to ease the very problematic situation - but our initial experience was very bad. The next day we were able to transfer back to this hotel (we were offered to stay at the new hotel but we didn't want) and they accommodated us in a slightly better room - but when we said that we were expecting some compensation for the experience they said that the slightly better room is the compensation. We are not the ones to fight for it, and we didn't contact hotel management after it and only wanted to finish our short trip and to give a good experience to the kids - but we believe that someone else that would "fight for it" would have been compensated and it is reasonable with all that has happened.

The breakfast was very good and the shows at night near the pool were also very fun for the kids and adults - the hours when the shows started were a little late - but the kids (surprisingly) made it through these hours - probably the vacation mode made them last longer than usual.

We had strange check in with parking problems and not very friendly manager at the desk, I was going to put much lower note. But then a lady manager came in, she was so charming, lovely, empathetic, professional and nice (along with other personnel, at the restaurant, room service), that I couldn't put anything but higher note.

Upon arrival, ants found in the bathroom, TV not working, old food/drink left in the fridge - all resolved by hotel staff within 30 minutes of me raising the issues.

The facilities could be better, some things felt cheap.

It's not the most luxurious hotel but was great to stay in. it has some great rooms near the pool. The staff was great and very welcoming, they even brought us some appetizers to the room. I prefer staying in this hotel than other more luxurious hotels.

We will not return to this hotel… The rooms look like the picture only that everything was literally broken! The floor, the door, the sink. In addition, the room was very dirty, including sheets and towels. Breakfast was included - but was disgusting 😞 it’s not worth the price at all! We’ll not return again. The elevator was broken too and dirty too… They say they have free parking but not really, it’s very very limited, so you either pay for parking in the street-like we did, or park 15 mins away from the hotel

The staff were very nice and they even contacted us in advance to welcome us, good location if you don’t use car. The room was big.

The AC is not properly working..I waited a day to fix the problem the room temperature is 26 *C and drop 23*C as per the staff it’s room standard temperature and it shouldn’t be.No butler to help your luggage’s .Breakfast was decent enough and facilities but nothing special in the property.

The Wi-Fi is very slow and sometimes gets disconnected automatically. The sound proof is very bad. If people are talking at the midnight in the corridor, you will definitely be affected. The service staff at the reception is welcoming and nice. However, I tried to dial for service help from my room but it took very long and I still did not get answered. The breakfast is nice but it would be great to have some more international food that is more widely accepted.

The cleanliness of the rooms was really bad. The toilets, the bathroom, the doors were dirty and sticky. We were delayed in handing over the room by almost an hour, but we compensated with a free dinner. The internet in the hotel with poor reception and really slow. The air conditioners would turn themselves off in the middle of the night at 35 degrees and it was terribly hot in the rooms. We were promised dinner as compensation for being late in checking into the room, we arrived at the dining room and had to wait like beggars because the receptionist forgot to update the compensation in the system and it was terribly embarrassing

I did not enjoy the huge cockroach we found in the room. I did not enjoy the techno music insanely loud at the pool from 8 to 11 pm. I mean INSANELY loud. I did not enjoy the multiple stains we found on the sheets. I did not enjoy the big disgusting stain on the couch. I especially did not appreciate the hundred girls running and screaming in the hallway and in the entire hotel, even after midnight. SO MUCH LOUD!!! And to finish I was really disappointed at how the entire staff, notably the manager, handled the situation.

The hotel and apartments are quite old, it was not really clean inside the room, especially in the bathroom. It was difficult to part the car as the hotel has just several parking places. The breakfast was huge in terms of the amount of food but so cheap in terms of products quality.

Very good location, it took just 10 minutes to achieve the beach and molls, the nice swimming pool was also well appreciated.

When we ordered we asked for one double bed. They changed our stay from Astral Palma to Astral Village (which was nice)... BUT(!!) the new room was of twin bed, two single blankets, and two sheets. The bed got separated during the night and it was super uncomfortable- so we slept each time in one of the beds only... We realized it only after 11pm, when we went to sleep, after shower, while all of our stuff are opened in the room... thus, we decided to try and stay there, and tell them at the morning, and get some compensation... Their reaction was really unsatisfying, I was shocked!! They kept saying- you should have just tell us before... We didn't even check it upon arrival as we assumed it is obvious when they are changing our room to check it. They blamed us for not mentioning that on the order, but I said I mentioned it in the original order, why should I be responsible for that while they changing it for us?!? This service made me be super upset. Why did they make me feel guilty, when in practice it is their fault, I barely got a "sorry"...

We came to Astral Palma, and they told us they are giving us a better room in Astral Village instead, which is more green and nice...
