The noise from neighbours next door with small kids woke me up in the morning. The mattress has poor support and has soft spring. My preference to have firm and good support mattresses.

The cleanliness was at the top notch. The staffs were helpful and accommodating my needs. Great location.

Bad experience in my life about Front desk staff service (: Staff name is Basya - no smile anytime - no tell guest where is the lift location , we need to find out ourself the lift location - no tell me about room number and just pass the room card to me - no say thank you or any welcome word ( look like I own he money face) - just put my Identity Card on the table without say anything…..like “this is your card” - just put my Visa card on the table without say anything ….like “this is your card “ - and the last one……no say thank you or welcome All facility’s of hotel is very good 👍. No happy mood after face this bad service experience

The clealiness compromised, had to ensure the housekeeping did it again. Vegetarian food options close to none, they need to progress. Finally with escalation, got some options for breakfast which was good. Dinner was no go with no options

The duty manager Aisyah very friendly and helpful, the f&b in charge Hafi very kind in preps to vegetarian food.

Location is a bit inconvenient as about 15 mins walk from City Square. If travel via Grab, no issue.

With every shower you flood the floor and they shut down two elevators at evening,so you have to wait sometimes quiet a bit.

Pool is awesome, the staff is incredibly friendly and the room is nice.

I can't pin anything that I don't like

It has a beautiful view especially at the 29th floor. The hotel is absolutely clean. The food is simply fabulous. I just love the seafood buffet. Such a spread good enough for an Emperor. The service is superb. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly & definitely pleasant. I have no problem with parking & the car is well protected. I love the executive lounge. It has all that I want plus the view, serenity, and peace of mind. The facilities are great too. Strongly recommended for everyone.

Complete Amenities, Sunset right in front our window. well maintained facilities, sauna, jacuzzi & swimming pool. Super efficient service too! Got my room by 11am as I arrived a bit too early at 9am. Fantastic buffet spread.

Coffee was horrible, the parking entrance and exit were all in a single lane, some of the switches in the room weren't working. Take the higher floors if possible.

Amazing service from the staffs, the welcome cookie was nice and warming. Location to CIQ is 5 mins walk away not the nearest but it also meant that the hotel was away from the noisy main city streets.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and hospitality of this hotel, right from the reception, who remembered my name, and asked me how I was every day ( I wished I remembered his name), to the house-keeping. I had booked the King Room with Executive Lounge access, the pre-dinner cocktail hour was good, and it is a nice lounge to chill, enjoy from view if I did not want to go out into the hot and humid outdoors. A staff (Ariff, I think) at the lounge noticed I was walking around with a cane, trying to get a cup of coffee, came up to me and helped me take my cup of coffee to the table, and said I could just call him if I had needed any help getting anything. I thought that was so thoughtful. The breakfast spread, I would recommend, if it is your first day, and you want to try Malaysian food, go to the Makan Kitchen instead of the Executive Lounge. There is a bigger spread and everything was tasty. I was really sad to leave the hotel, I had tried to extend for another night, unfortunately I could not due to work commitments. This is the first hotel in many years where I felt that way. Definite A plus plus.
