Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaI had some maintenance issues with the AC and a leak from the water hose but that was addressed promptly by the management. Cleaning staff makes a lot of noise on the floor hopefully they will address to it.

SingaporeLocation was good however room was a little noisy as the cars were very loud. The view is blocked by the metro line. There wasn't any free parking nearby and the welcome water was sooooooo smalllllllll.
Never try the breakfast. There's convenient stalls nearby with ramly burger stall just below. Everything is convenient. staffs are relatively friendly with a lot of amenities in the room for you to enjoy the stay

AustraliaThe hot water was not warm enough, didn't enjoy the shower. The TV was rubbish, with a very bad signal, and there was no English channel, 3 or 4 local channels, couldn't understand the languages. The internet signal was the worst, it was on and off all the time, after a few minutes, I had to go to settings to re-connect the wifi, which was so annoying for the whole stay. The staff couldn't fit it, just gave me the new passwords instead. The small things like the bed sheet had worn out, it should not have been used, but unfortunately, it was still being used. I was surprised.
The air-con is good, the bed is comfortable, the location is handy, 350m is Chow Kit train station

This is just a budget hotel but the overall design and concept are truly unique and amazing. Customer service was friendly with commitment to making sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very close to chow kit bazaar, 5 mins walk to chow kit metro and they have a 711 convenience store nearby. It was ramadan when we stayed and the breakfast option wasn’t available so they gave us lunch voucher instead. On the day of our check out they managed to give us 2 voucher meals for our stay because we went out every morning to tour around. I love how the shared lounge has its own massage chair 😍 and water refilling station!

FinlandOn the day of the check out, we asked if we could storage our luggage at the hotel while we went for a trip. During that time someone stole my new headphones and charger from my luggage. I noticed that the headphones were missing after we had left the hotel. I guess normally in these situations the hotel do not take responsibility for the lost/stolen items BUT I WANT TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR LUGGAGE THERE AFTER YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT.
We arrived at 7 am and it was easy to do the check-in. We had booked the room from the day before. We got our room, but the electricity was not working. We got moved to another (I think also bigger room) and everything was working fine. The location was ok. The room was nice and clean. Nice bed and hot water in the shower. Chillout area was also nice and comfortable. About the staying I have nothing bad to say.
