No turn down service. No specific scent to set the environment. No full length mirror in room. Concierge was never available. Breakfast was mediocre. I was actively discouraged from going to the bar or restaurant when I’d enquire. I assume this is because I was dressed casually when asking in the morning (?) Overall I expected more from a hotel at this level. There were no wow moments.

Comfortable room. Wonderful view. Relaxing spa. I loved the Japanese style pool with massaging jets. The free mini bar was a nice touch in the hot weather.

Aside from the pool, there are not alot of things to do for my kid. There were no indoor playground or kids corner etc. The shower and urinal is strangely separated into 2 separate rooms and has no ventilator. The cost for the hotel buffet is more on the steeper side. I brought my own entertainment devices to connect to the hotel TV via the HDMI cable however to my disappointment the TV is programmed in such that you can only watch whatever is programed by the hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities such as the gym and infinity pool is really great, gym is opened 24hrs. Nice view of the petronas tower from my hotel window. Hotel room service is wonderful, almost everything was replaced after every room service e.g towels, bath robes, toiletries etc. and a plus point is that everything on the minibar is FOC and is replaced everyday.

As someone who travels frequently, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the phenomenal staff to the awesome facilities, 3 days was honestly far too short. This will become my go to hotel whenever I find myself in Kuala Lumpur!

There is nothing to note. It was, in my opinion, an excellent and above average staycation experience. The prices may be slightly on the higher end, but you truly get your money's worth, so I don't have any complaints.
