The best ever apartment i did stay in Malaysia. The owner very supportive

Location. Constant jam on main road, very busy main road. Depending on which direction you driving to property, can easily take 30mins for 2km drive. Parking is a hassle too, have to turn all the way up to level 4A with tight turning to each level. Take 10mins to drive up. When we plan to go out within the day, we just park opposite property, instead of property carpark to save time & hassle. Only park at night

Has 3 rooms, which my 2 boys prefer to have 1 room for each of them

Parking a bit confusing but since the house is so comfortable and in an excellent location ,I don't mind about that...2 parking lot provided actually

I like everything about the house Perfect place if you bring your family Very clean and tidy Very comfortable We really had a very good time I will definitely choose this place if I visit Perai again The owner is very approachable and friendly I will surely recommend to my friends and family The check in process is also very smooth Bed and pillow comfortable Good WiFi strength Basic things are available like iron ,body wash and kitchen utensils

just one thing can be improved, may be can provide a better standing iron board.

I love almost everything about the stay and the host, very friendly and helping. The facilities almost complete and make me feel at home. The unit also clean and equipped with complete facilities. we can cooked and the kitchen utensil also provided. Thanks a lot to the host with their great hospitality.

Location but that's not really a turn off.

Apartment was clean. Very comfortable beddings. Only issue is location. It was a 30-45mins drive to Penang Island where most of the attractions are. Having said that it is still a good value homestay for families with children.

It takes a long time to wait for the escalator and the rules from the management for swimming attire. For me as long as the swimming attire is not too wet (no water dropping) it should be fine.

I love the service..very tolerant, humble and nice..the house is very clean, and convenient...Muslim friendly and my kids love the aquarium..♥️♥️ highly recommend and will repeat next time..

The car park - we have to turn many levels up to reach the car park lots assigned, but this is beyond the host's control, so probably can consider roadside parking if it's available (if any of you are concerned).

The location was convenient as it's nearby the Georgetown bridge. The mini aquarium in the house was superb, it can help distress and it's one of the signatures of the stay. The host was super friendly and always responded to our needs or questions without delay. She is kind and flexible on our needs too which I genuinely appreciate, she will also take any feedback positively and it was a great stay for my family and me. It's worth the value if you are staying with a bigger group.

A bit noisy as it is near to the main road. However, the noise reduced quite a bit if you closed the sliding door/window.

The apartment was spacious enough to fit one small family.

the lift need to improve, everytime is full and need to wait at least 5 - 10 mins. the water heater in the master bedroom is slowly heat up

It was breath taking view from balcony n the coffee table was prefectly arranged. Their deco elements will make us to be feel that we are in a home. Quick access smart tv. Prefectly maintain cutlery.
