Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe bathroom flush is noisy, especially when used at night. There is no ventilation fan, and the hotel room has an old smell. On our first night, before midnight, a staff member came to do some maintenance checks on each room's key card reader, which was disturbing and a bit scary, as it felt like someone was trying to enter the room.
The location is near the waterfront and in the city center. Some of the staff are quite helpful.

SingaporeComfortable bed. I had a view of the river from my room. TV with cable. Loved that they provided a proper kettle instead of one of those coffee makers for pods. Just around the corner from the hotel is Green Hill Corner coffee shop with lots of good hawker stalls which usually sell out just after lunch. There are stalls serving the local sarawak laksa and kolo mee.
