Only one.. Please improve the speed of the front desk service. The wait is quite long for us although the queue wasn't too long..

Love the cleanliness and DOVE products supplied by the hotel. The quietness of the hotel room makes it comfortable to stay. Strategicly located next to the CIQ.

proximity to CIQ.. just across the CIQ bridge and also sheltered bridge it was raining very heavy and luckily the bridge links to Komtar and City Square mall great hotel if you dont drive.. we took a KTM train and was so accessible right across the station. In the same building there is Kids Republic and Chunky cat cafe to entertain kids. There is a roof top pool but rather smallish and water can get quite cold if its windy so not recommend for very young kids… if you do drive there is hotel car park at level 7.. guest rooms level only accessible by room card so pretty safe… free breakfast came with the room so value for money… breakfast was ok but pretty much the same food over 3 days… city square mall right beside the hotel also has many eateries and shops.. when tired can just head back room and rest… only thing is the cinema at city square is closed down.. we wanted to catch a movie but unable to… end up going to Molly Fantasy to play instead…

The parking is bad, bad direction planning, small passages at the car park, if you drive a big car high chance you hit something. The pillows are too soft

The convenience, one lift down you're at KOMTAR JBCC and if you bring kids, the indoor playground Kidz Republic is just there. The rooms are nice too.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is next to City Square with plenty of amenities nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a superb experience.

Very near to KTM station to Singapore a walking distance and the back lane food is nice and quite reasonable price.

Location, due to the construction areas very bad accessibility. Going up to the hotel parking is quite a hassle with very tight cornering radius for car due to the existing old car park design.

Staff assistance, friendly, helpful, welcoming, clean hotel and rooms, good breakfast, as expected the quality of hotel and staff. Overall satisfied.

Better directions how to get into the hotel. At closing hours of the shopping centre, no access so found it a tad challenging to enter/exit the hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk under sheltered walkway, if you take the train across the causeway. The size of the room is what is expected of Holiday Inn in many countries. The breakfast spread is good, with good coffee :-)

The breakfast had a good variety comparable to the other hotels nearby. Tables were cleared very quickly by the staff. Good coffee. Service by the staff were excellent

Breakfast was quite bad.. the replacement of dishes were slow and the egg station was really slow.. maybe because they don't replace the scramble egg dish fast. One of the nights there, a neighbouring room had issues & the facilities crew were vacuuming late in the night and was pretty loud. It took about 45mins or so. The pillows were too soft! No point having labeled pillow cases but it didn't seem to be as firm as it should. All pillows felt the same.

Just a little note that I didn’t quite like the toiletries provided. The fragrance was rather overpowering. Hope a more natural range of product can be provided.

Cleanness of hotel room and very comfortable bedding are triple AAA plus

The carpet of our room was not thoroughly cleaned and there were some stains and remnants left by the previous guests.

The location is superb with City square and Komtar JBCC stone’s thrown away as well as the CIQ train station which is walkable within 2-3 mins.
