Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeOnly one card was given per room. The aircon didn’t cool up immediately when we arrived.
The location is the best. The amenities around are easy to go to. There were convenience store that is walkable. The place is clean. Food street nearby at night. Water pressure in the tap is good and strong.

SingaporeI hope the hotel can have more TV channels, at the very least, the basic channels, namely Malaysian and Singaporean channels. I think the hotel can do better with the towels. The texture of the towels is a bit rough and has a musty smell.
I like the cleanliness 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the good lighting, the curtains, and the bed linen, hoping it can be maintained that way. The toilet is definitely clean with good water pressure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, making me appreciate the showers. I definitely will come back next time, probably for more days of leisure.

We were allowed to keep our food in the sharing fridge located at ground floor. Room was clean, shower pressure was the best. There is nice mamak stall nearby, i enjoyed their biryani! Peaceful and not busy environment
