Very friendly staff, cleaner from Bangladesh is really kindly, he did his job good, clean bathroom. Good lightning, temperature regulation in the capsule and it's really quite place. And also free water dispenser

The room space is small. If you stay in upper floor, it needs you to climb up the ladder and there will be sound if you moving around in the capsule-space. The TV and the music system in the capsule is not working. The towel is not given (I get the towel during my first visit).

The price is affordable with a very private capsule-size space. Shared bathroom and toilet which is clean. Water dispenser is available. Parking is free. Location is good as it is near to the KL City and is a strategic location to Genting Highland, PJ and Subang (it is not that near but is reachable with driving car). MCD is just oppositie to you. Titiwangsa MRT is nearby but I havnt tried walk to the station yet.

The location is far from the center because it’s next to the flyover. But I think not that far, if you want to go to the twin tower, for car only a a few minutes, but if you walk will take 45-1 hour. But I stayed for 2 nights so it wasn’t a big problem to go somewhere by grab.

I traveled to Malaysia with my boyfriend, this was the first hotel we stop. Everything was okay, affordable price, and we had the with the city street view, and I liked it. It’s a small hotel but it’s clean (unless the window little bit dust there), comfortable.

Gyms could have been present as metioned. Cleaning guys could have not disturbed our entry in our own room seeing even carrying the child. Roof top area should make no smoking zone since going with children.

i hope the some of the toilet for women section could be clean everytime, since there a poop in those three bowl of toilet . this is my 1st time having this experience on my sec visit. maybe the customer didn’t have enough manner after using toilet

I noticed a brown stain on the bed. The rooftop is empty with just construction work and a balcony. I couldn't turn off the light in the capsule completely. It can be dimmed but it's still a little bright and not good enough for me.

I liked the hot water shower. The parking was not bad. At first I hesitated to park on the roadside because I was afraid of getting fined or towed, but the hotel person assured me it's allowed and there was plenty of space so I parked there and it was okay.

My second stay and travelling alone myself I can say i will prefer again and again because of the price is definitely cheap and i dont mind to stay again. for those people who is claustrophobic, i would not suggest to stay in capsule
