Room was clean but toilet needs a bit of improvement in cleaning especially corners and the grout. Otherwise its still good.

We booked an Urban room but got a free upgrade to Family room which was huge. We came with 2 kids so there was definitely a lot of space for them to roam around. The toilet was huge too. Our go to hotel whenever in JB.

1) more effort could be placed in cleanliness and housekeeping. There were two days where housekeeping forgot to replace towels in our room. When they came back with towels, one towel had stains which was hidden when folded. We only found out when it was used. They also don't clean the toilets thoroughly if you are still staying there. As a female, we drop hair quite a bit and it's common sight to still see hair after the room is made. 2) pillows are too soft. If you are used to harder pillows, you will not get a very good night's sleep 3) breakfast spread is very limited. If you can, head out for authentic JB breakfast

Location was good, right above Mid Valley Southkey Mall. The hotel is also relatively new so all facilities and rooms still seem new ie carpets don't have major stains

Poorly maintained . There was a musty smell in the room and there was mould in the bathroom and sink. Thank you so much. Also no room option that excludes breakfast.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety. However, no options to book a room without breakfast on booking.com

Spacious room and bathroom though no bathtub. Availability of connecting rooms. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Location was fantastic. Directly connected to Mid Valley South Key. Doormen were friendly and helpful.

The buffet breakfast is always the same dishes each time I come to stay. Should allow guest to opt out or provide better and more variety breakfast. The pillows are too soft.

Loved that the location is linked to MidValley in JB. Room is nice and clean, comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, and I look forward going there again for a stay.

Lack of hanging holders in the bathroom. There ain’t any complimentary water bottles. The worse is the poor signage to the carpark zone. We had to go round twice and security guard told us to park at the mall carpark. The breakfast mainly local cuisines not much international food choices.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I can see the Causeway cafe a couple of young men very hardworking to assist, clearing with speed. If the boss is to sit down and watch - they should be rewarded.

Buffet breakfast was basic, can be better. Pillows are very flat and too soft. Bed not so comfy too, but it is of good size.

Always like to stay here as it is connected to our favourite mall. Love the window with the small sofa cos our 2 year old loves to sit there and look at passing vehicles. Service is good, they allowed early check in but not late checkout (guess that’s fair).

Queue during check in on Sat was quite long. The disposable tooth brush and toothpaste could have slightly better quality.

The room is really clean and looks very new. Really like the shower and the bathroom as a whole. Next to Mid Valley so location is great.
