Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe man at reception told us he would give recommendations for places to eat ( note under door) and did not then follow through. When we opened the fringe there was an old 3 day out of date bag of lettuce in the fridge. When I said to reception they said just put it outside the door we will get it.
It was a lovely hotel however front door was hard to find as the signs were covered due to changing over some mattresses that were stacked outside. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable!

United KingdomThey did inform us about the maintenance work going in the hotel until it booked the deal. It wasnt a problem but due to the stairs being closed, the waiting for the elevators were so long.
Really good location and amazing scenery. Nice seating area outside the restaurant which is next a small dock. Good rooms and facilities, highly recommend getting bicycle rental from the shop across as they offer discount for hotel guest.

Also, staff in restaurant is too relaxed - on saturday the breakfast starts at 7.30 am, however the egg station will not start until 7.50am. Very often there are no cups near coffee machine, or you need to wait until the food is replenished in the buffet.

United StatesThe shower door was an inadequate design with no seal on the hinge side of the shower door. Elevators were quite slow, on our room floor we waited 2-3 minutes each time. Walking anywhere from this hotel is a long walk.We did not eat breakfast in the hotel. 25 Euros was too much.
Check in was easy. There was luggage assistance to get to the room. There are front desk people and hosts. language was not an issue. Many off the front desk people spoke different Languages but all spoke English. Lots of windows and sunlight. I enjoyed TV in English. I did like the bar/restuarant. food was excellent'.
