Staffs were very smiling and welcoming; can clearly speak English. Location was awesome. Pool was beautiful and very clean. Accepted our special requests for vegeterian breakfast. Beach was very clean.

This resort has a perfect location, leading directly onto a quiet, sandy beach. The numerous staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was of a good length, Breakfast had a wide choice of local and continental cuisine. Free shuttle buses ran to the local markets.

The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, with a wide variety of foods. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right on the beach, with lots of lounge chairs available. The beach towels are large, and the pool is very nice.

A highly recommended beachfront hotel in Hua Hin. The hotel is not very big but has a classic atmosphere. The beach is beautiful and wide. The sand is white and fine. The staff gave a warm welcome and were willing to provide very good service. Delicious breakfast. The taste pleases both Thais and foreigners.

The aircon units for the lobby area were directly next to my room #201 which was annoying at night time, as they quite noisily started up at frequent intervals.

The rooms are large but feel a little dated. However the beds are very comfortable. Even though the resort was busy it never felt crowded and there were always beds to be had at the pool and on the beach. The staff is well trained and always eager to please. Especially in the restaurant they were always at hand which was quite remarkable considering the restaurant and terrace were fully booked. The quality of food was excellent with nice choice of local and international dishes. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be wanted and they make an excellent espresso ( at an extra cost). But most of all the location on the beach was what decided it for me. In the afternoon, when the tide is out, you can walk for miles along an almost empty beach!

The room bathroom was a tiny bit outdated but did not bother me at all.

So gorgeous! Hotel was nice and cozy, not too big. Lots of beautiful well-kept flowers and other plants. Everything was clean and simple but not too modern either. Staff was amazing and took great care of the place and guests. Would love to come back!

Handrail for the pool. More gluten-free choices on the menu. Gluten-free breakfast cereal/ bread etc.

Decent sized room with comfortable beds, fridge, and small balcony. Located on a lovely quiet beach, right beside Chopstick mountain. Lovely on-site restaurant, on the beach. Good breakfast included. My second time staying, and would stay again. Shuttle to town once during the day, otherwise 200 bhat for a taxi. Lovely grounds with beautiful flowers.

The only thing that could be improved would be a topper for the mattress.

We loved the high professional and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is very good and gives a lot of variety. The location directly at the beach is amazing.

The "dog policy" should be spelled out clearly on Booking.com Arriving after a 10 hour drive from Phuket, I was told that there would be a compulsory "upgrade" to an annex because of our little dog. Compulsory, and ,...against extra payment.... Also there is a dog fee of I think 500 bath to be paid. Although this is fairly standard in Thailand, I think it should be mentioned before booking. The explanation that I should have booked on their website , and not on booking.com to know the real conditions, is simply not acceptable and made me quite upset. Nevertheless, this is a place with a certain class, rare in Hua Hin.

Construction next door was very noisy starting in the early hours and not stopping until late. The Pool Villa 7 also backs onto the hotel kitchen which is also noisy for the same time period.

Location. Proximity to beach and shopping. Gardens and buildings well cared for and very comfortable. Excellent beds.

The Internet in the room wasn't strong and intend to go to get disconnected once in a while.

The hotel is not too big, very elegant and on the beach itself. Staff was very helfull. Breakfast is excellent and swimming pool as well. Very recommend

Until they ban single use plastic in Thailand, no beach will be clean on the mainland. It’s always a depressing sight.

Cocktails, music and staff. The pool is great. A bit busy at weekends. Dog friendly :)
