Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesExtended stay of two extra days slightly more costly than original rate but still worth it. Apparently room microwaves are not common features in Thailand.
Air conditioning, clean soft bed, helpful staff, hot water kettle, location near MRT escape route to airport, convenient 7-11 on corner, quiet room, WiFi. I especially appreciate the staff's help to recover my phone left behind in a taxi.

BelgiumI actually personnaly don't really care so not very negative for me: - There is no restaurant/breakfast in the hotel (but quite frankly you can easily eat close for every budget, every taste at any hour of the day) - The pool area was small & not that great (I am not a pool person so fine by me but if you go for that you may be disappointed) Other than that nothing. I really enjoyed my stay.
Went 2 times, for a short trip (2 nights) and longer trip (9 nights). The hotel was neat. My room was big, clean & very cosy. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great location. Close to Skytrain Saladaeng (5 min) & Chong Nonsi (10min) and MRT Silom (5-7 min). Its very easy to commute anywhere in Bangkok. The area itself (Sathorn) is an expat area (I usually prefer to touristy area) but you can easily get to Sukhumvit, Siam or other touristy area if needed. There are many restos, street food, malls such as Silom complex or shops, the Lumpini park is also close. Loved it when I went the first time so went back for 9 nights :D as it was super cosy and well located.

EstoniaWould have wished to use the pool later at night – it has a good view on surrounding town, but as everywhere, the hotels' pool hours last until 18 or 19.
The hotel is clean and well designed. The room was large and comfortable. There was a little pool on the rooftop for a quick morning swim. The location is great - not far from a busy main street and sky train, but in very peaceful area. Old streets next to the hotel are perfect for walking and have some rare historic architecture. We picked the hotel because of its closeness to the famous Som Tam Jay So restaurant which is just a couple of minutes away.

France….near nothing to hang clothes, it’s a problem. The safety box is not fixe on the wall, so you can go with it !. And the very bad thing for me, the bed is very small for 2 ! In a hotel like that it’s not normal, the room is huge, In 2 weeks of traveling and sleeping in hôtels very much cheaper, all have bigger and better beds ! I don’t understand, really
Very nice place. « Chic » style hotel big rooms, very modern hype…. But

United KingdomThe room and hotel was sufficently clean but not great the screen and bathroom had many smears and splatters on the glass and a big of scale and a bit mould along the trims, Also the window and a few other areas had thick dust which was disapointing to see. The pool and pool area was also not that clean with the glass around it having watermarks and scale all over it and generally seeming a bit neglegted. We were only there for one night but would have not been happy with this if we had stayed longer.
Very central location perfectly situated to explore bangkok the hotel is very modern with nice entrance and elevators. The staff are also very friendly and polite! Looks very upto date luxurious stylish and modern. Lots of good resurants around and its close to Parco Lumphini and the skytrain

United StatesLack of closet space or anywhere to hang or store clothes. Coffee machine in the room would be better than Nescafe. Room was spacious but very minimal and not good use of the space - could use some personality, maybe a comfortable chair or small couch, painting on the wall etc. to liven the space up. But it's fine for a short stay if you don't mind living out of your suitcase.
Great location close to everything in Silom. Friendly staff. Large sized room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Nice shower with good hot water.

United StatesAfter reading previous reviews, I already expected there wouldn't be a ton of daylight but to be honest, it was worse than I expected. My room faced the inner "courtyard" which was extremely tiny and let in a very small amount of light even though I was on the 4th floor. Initially I didn't think it would bother me but the lack of natural daylight was kind of depressing. The room had a cute little window seat, but people could easily see you from the hallway if you sat there. Also, my room looked like it had been a connecting room before and the door to connect the two rooms was sealed off. Even though it was locked from my side, the door itself wasn't shut all the way, which made me a bit uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The walls and doors are so thin that with a little force I felt like it could have easily been opened. Other travelers also commented on the lack of noise insulation - and they were right. I could hear my neighbor's phone vibrating on the nightstand. Pool was not inviting at all. I wouldn't stay here again even though I loved the location and staff was very nice.
The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. Just a 5 minute walk from the BTS, and about 8-10 minutes to the MRT and Lumphini Park. As soon as you step outside there is street food literally everywhere! 7/11 on the corner is an added bonus, plus you are super close to a few malls/shopping centers. The building itself was newer and cute, and the location just off the main road was nice. Bed was comfy.

United StatesThis room does not have any type of storage for your clothes. No closet. No drawers. Just a small open bar to hang a couple of items on. The room is a large room with a lot of open floor space and that floor space could easily be used to add a small table and chairs and or someplace to keep your clothes. Also, our room had a window, but it wasn't a street view, so not much to look at. Also, please note, the street is closed to traffic in the morning on school days, which wasn't convenient when my grab car tried to pickup us up to go to the airport.
I booked this room for the location and the price. The building itself is in a good location and is very clean, with a friendly staff.
