No clear path to walk to beach, possibly due to the apartments privacy. Had to use golf cart.

Location was nicely tucked away, not too far from the city, and close to the beach.

- WiFi didn’t work but it is on me that I didn’t call reception to sort it out. - No paracetamol/ ibuprofen readily available (this should be a part of any first aid kit)

Good room, small pool but with a good variety of slides and an adjacent beach club, very clean beach, 24/7 buggy service to the beach which is a few hundred metres away (part of the property), late checkout, bespoke hot vegetarian food for breakfast, beautiful lobby, good customer service, when the bathroom got blocked they speedily sent a plumber and also sent up ice pack and a balm when my mum fell in the shower and twisted her ankle.

You cannot walk straight from the hotel to the beach, you need to go out of the property and then back in, since in-between there is an area for apartment owners that is not accessible to guests and makes the layout of the place strange.

Nice pool in front of the beach. Hotel is located in a quiet and somewhat isolated area south of Hua Hin, with parking available. Breakfast and food in general was good. As the lobby area is a few minutes (less than 5) walk from the beach, there is a buggy cart service available.

We had breakfast in the restaurant one day - we weren't at the end of service but it felt like we only had leftovers to choose from - barely any bread and cold meats were left and they weren't refilled. I had to ask for more fruit juice to be added. The following days we went to the cafe for breakfast and this was much better.

The hotel and beach club are separated by the residential section of the complex. To access the beach club you have to either walk <5 mins along the road or you can get lift in a golf cart. Not a show stopper but may not suit family groups.

This hotel is a bit away Hua Hin which may not suit everyone but we found if was great as allot quieter and a short walk to a small fishing village with a few restaurants, a “lake” with a great walking track around shore and a silk weaving enterprise which you can visit to watch weaving etc. the pools and facilities are great. During peak season would be popular with families.

the sea view and other views here not great, blocked by giant kids water slides and main building. the rooms are a bit cramped. only lobby and breakfast area quite big.

the hotel was new, clean and air con worked well. the breakfast was pretty yummy. Kids seemed to like it a lot. the pool looked nice but we didn't try it. the bathroom water pressure was good.

The food needs polishing, many mistakes. No beds to relax around the main pool area, cannot be served drinks in the reception lounge area.

The hot water in the room was a little difficult (hot then cold ) which required you to constantly fiddle with the temperature but this did not ruin our stay or our view of the property 😃
