The location, breakfast and staff were all fantastic. The room was very clean and well equipped. The small pool was very refreshing, and the treadmill was a welcome extra. We will happily be back again soon. Thank you

Nothing to dislike

We loved this place! Great location and such a cosy comfortable place to stay! We loved our room and the pool and a special shout out to Nuna she is amazing and so helpful! She goes above and beyond and we really appreciate her for helping us out throughout our stay and after :) definitely will stay again if in Chiang Mai :)

Nothing to not like !

The staff is super friendly, attentive and kind. The breakfast is really good and they have vegan options, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect and they can recommend a reliable place to rent good quality motorbikes. They also organize tours and cooking classes with discounts. The pools is nice and small, and the gym too. Rooms are spotless, comfy, and have everything you need to relax. Will come back here again!

Not the hotels fault. The pollution and heat in the city is just too much. We read the burning season should be concentrated in March but we left CM May 3rd and pollution was still terrible. Did not see a piece of blue sky. Hope this gets better if only for the people living in the affected area

Staff were super nice. Breakfast is superb. The pool does the job perfectly. The location is very good, close to Tha Phae gate, where some tours start from.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they helped us throughout the entire stay and were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the Aircon was definitely life-saving. They helped us book a tour and kept our luggage as we were too early for the check in.

Bathroom door in my room wasn’t closing and given the permanently open small window there, hot air was getting into the room from the bathroom. Also, there is a pool but the water didn’t look very clean so I wouldn’t use it and the gym are only two old machines so I wouldn’t rely on them to work out

It was a beautifully furnished room with towels changed daily, toiletries, hangers, table and complimentary water. WiFi is good for remote work. There is also air-conditioned common space but the WiFi didn’t work there very well and there was a strong smell of chlorine from the pool. The hotel is located quite centrally although outside of the moat for those who want to be right by the temples. I really appreciated that they have shower available by the pool so it was possible to refresh before my evening flight after I checked out in the morning

The Wi-Fi is sometimes tricky to get connected. Some bathroom fixtures need to be fitted.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, very good room and bathroom, full amenities provided, clean towels, cleanliness, fantastic and enthusiastic staff, limited parking space and superb breakfast options included. Cleaning on request. Nice small swimming pool to relax from the heat of the city. Walking distance to Thapae Gate and old city. Tours and rentals provided with discounts. Stayed twice at the property for total of 4 nights. Value for money!

Everything about Chedi home, the staff are the best you could want.The facilities are brilliant, comfy beds, air con quiet but so good, relaxed atmosphere, great food, there's always plenty of staff. The hotel works like it should, i have'nt found a better hotel cheaper or more expensive that delivers the best of everything, they set the standard for everything..
