Everything about Chedi Home is exceptionnel. The personel, the beds, the breakfasts that are amazing, choices of cooked breakfast, pancakes, omelettes, , smoothies, all served with lots of yummy local fruit. The beds are really comfortable. Well situated , with lots of local resturants, and massage within walking distance of Chedi Home. A BIG hello and many thanks to Nuna, Vee, Lyn, Son ( for our chats in the evenings) Mo, Yen, Aom, and Sai for your kindness, and advice on visits and things to see in Chiang Mai. Loved this place so much we extended our stay. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay and they were both lovely. Plenty of space, comfy beds, amenities and nice bathroom. Staff were so lovey and helpful with booking trips, extending our stay and giving recommendations. The location is just outside of the old town and not a far walk from the night markets. Breakfast had lots of options and was always delicious.

Nothing, maybe an improvements bed could be softer but I slept great anyways!

Breakfast was AMAZING. One of the best hotel breakfast I think I've had in a hotel that's not buffet style but a lacarte. The staff was lovely and the views to the old town pagoda infront of the pool was beautiful and gave my family the chiang mai experience they needed!

Amazing stay at Chedi Home! Staff, Nanu, Vee and Son, were so patient, informative, kind and friendly. Our family felt welcome the moment we arrived. We had a family room. It was spacious, 2 bathrooms (which was good as the teens used one and we had the other) bed linen was great and beds comfy! Very clean! Pool was fantastic. Breakfast was incredible! They organized our tours and they were flawless. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere we needed. I’d 100% recommend this place to other families!

We had some minor issues with the wifi in our room, but reception tried to sort it out for us.

We had an amazing stay at Chedi Home. The staff are kind and welcoming, and helped us organise all of our tours at a discounted rate. Son the receptionist was a star! The room was clean and the pool was wonderful - it was never too busy so always space for lounging and swimming. The breakfast is a must, so many options and large portions that tasted fantastic - French toast, full breakfasts, omelettes, pancakes, Thai options, all served with lots of fruit. Location also great, you can walk right into the main square of Chiang Mai and it is surrounded by some wonderful restaurants, bars, massage places, and even a club down the road. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this place! Great location and such a cosy comfortable place to stay! We loved our room and the pool and a special shout out to Nuna she is amazing and so helpful! She goes above and beyond and we really appreciate her for helping us out throughout our stay and after :) definitely will stay again if in Chiang Mai :)

Nothing to not like !

The staff is super friendly, attentive and kind. The breakfast is really good and they have vegan options, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect and they can recommend a reliable place to rent good quality motorbikes. They also organize tours and cooking classes with discounts. The pools is nice and small, and the gym too. Rooms are spotless, comfy, and have everything you need to relax. Will come back here again!

Not the hotels fault. The pollution and heat in the city is just too much. We read the burning season should be concentrated in March but we left CM May 3rd and pollution was still terrible. Did not see a piece of blue sky. Hope this gets better if only for the people living in the affected area

The staff was absolutely amazing, they helped us throughout the entire stay and were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the Aircon was definitely life-saving. They helped us book a tour and kept our luggage as we were too early for the check in.

Bathroom door in my room wasn’t closing and given the permanently open small window there, hot air was getting into the room from the bathroom. Also, there is a pool but the water didn’t look very clean so I wouldn’t use it and the gym are only two old machines so I wouldn’t rely on them to work out

It was a beautifully furnished room with towels changed daily, toiletries, hangers, table and complimentary water. WiFi is good for remote work. There is also air-conditioned common space but the WiFi didn’t work there very well and there was a strong smell of chlorine from the pool. The hotel is located quite centrally although outside of the moat for those who want to be right by the temples. I really appreciated that they have shower available by the pool so it was possible to refresh before my evening flight after I checked out in the morning
