Great spacious room. Lovely pool! The two cats were so cute. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Nice and comfy beds. We had the best view of the Chedi. Breakfast was super delicious. Would come again for sure.

Can honestly say, there was nothing we didn’t like, if I was really trying to find something, it would be the cups in the room. Us brits like our tea and we are used to mugs, but we coped😂

The warm welcome you got on arrival and a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you chose from a menu and it was made to order, with loads of fresh fruits.

I did not like that I had to come back to Australia

Staff there was best I have ever encountered especially Nana she works in the reception. When I lost my phone she helped me for the next two weeks letingt me use her phone to keep in touch with Australia breakfast my room and location was 10 out of 10 I will definitely be staying so there again when I come back at Christmas.

Location to old city and markets, staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was wonderful and so fresh. Great support for activities. Nothing was a bother for them. Pool was a welcome refreshment after a day of activity.

Good location for me. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The Staff was very helpful with Tours and any needs. Breakfast was very good in the Hotel. Happy with my stay.

Pool area very small and water didn’t look that nice. Noisy Aircon but still worked well.

Really friendly and caring staff, good size rooms with cleaning everyday, pool and towels, aircon worked well. Fresh water everyday. Helped organise tours, what to do, what to eat etc.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with a nice selection of options. The fruit platter that was served with each meal was beautiful. Our bags were kept safely on property for a couple of days while we went motorbike touring.

Person at the front desk booked the excursion, took my phone to show me on Google maps how to get there. Gives me a receipt. I took a screen shot of the name.of the place and directions on Google map. It was the WRONG PLACE! Later tries to deny it and I told him you took my phone and I took a screen shot. Shakes his head and denies the interaction ever happened. Ended up having to locals and show them the receipt and got to place at least 30 minutes late. No apology. Just Gass lighting

There was nothing i did'nt like. Well maybe the western tourists, who walk around C.M and don't have any desire to engage with the local beautifull thai people who have so much to teach us about life.

Location, cleanliness, staff are the best i've met in all my travels, knowledge of events excursions and a discount on so many trips. Food 1st class, even complementory fresh fruit for ones health. Going back asap. Loved everyone and everything at C.H.

The bathroom floods when you use the shower so we got wet using the bathroom afterwards.
