The staff. The unclean rooms. Our room smell of cigarette as if it wasn't cleaned at all. There's even a left bubble tea with molds in the fridge, which I believe was from the previous guests before us. It wasn't comfortable at all. As for the staff, they were really nice when we checked in, but after that, they were just rude, or that's how it seemed (not everyone, though). I understand they must be tired but there's no need to raise a voice at guests who are just asking questions.

Not much. Only that it is a few feet away from the beach. I also appreciate it that they allowed us to leave our baggages at the lobby after check in. They were nice on that part.

The hotel is neared by a very good seafood restaurant, one of the best restaurant that serves seafood in Thailand in my opinion

Noisy neighbours who had loud conversations with doors open. Some gym equipment did not work, and the pool small/number of guests meant could not always swim, although generally managed to find a quiet time each day. Oddly, Housekeeping worked late, sometimes only getting to my room at 6pm. Soap dispensers should be regularly filled and behind bed/windows needed cleaning.

Price. Comfortable bed. Large room. TV with lots of English speaking channels. Kettle and fridge. Swimming pool and gym. Oddly location - over an hour's walk to centre of Jomtien but along beach so part of exercise regime.

the service was not like a hotel. It is like a serviced apartment. If you have a car, you have to pay a deposit of 1000 THB to rent a door remote control to enter the parking lot. TV in the room, which I cannot watch. no wifi.

The location is next to Pupen and the beach. The living room in the family room is good for a family traveling together, but there is no air conditioning. In the room, providing a microwave and pot. The room is so big. One room has a queen bed and one single bed; another room has twin beds. It's good for a big family.

There was some specific smell, which disappeared when using the air conditioner. I didn't like that you had to contact the staff to set up warm water. The room was located very close to the neighboring house,

Very nice rooftop pool, workout room and very close to the sea. The bed is comfortable. Towels were changed every day. Warm water came after I asked the staff. so I did not open the window, I used the air conditioner all the time. There was enough drinking water in the room, Nice modern tv, good wi-fi.

We had to change the room because it had some bad smell, the floor was not clean. Staff was indifferent to our request to add soap because we didn’t have any - they said wait until tomorrow 😑
