Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). GermanyAs to be expected a huge tower requires mass management, from Check-In to breakfast. Thus there was nothing 'cozy' or personal that made me feel welcome or even 'at home'. Rooms wear and tear. During 'rush hours' (f.e. breakfast time) the elevators provided not enough capacity. Breakfast was underwhelming and overall the 4 star rating lacks a basis.
Main reason to book this hotel is the view from the balconies over skyline and coast of Pattaya and Jomtien. The rooms are functional (positively circumscribed). The well equipped gym is a plus. Jomtien beach is right in front of the door.

AustraliaThe included breakfast was one major disappointment. Seemed to cater almost exclusively for visitors from SE Asia or the subcontinent and the only cooked western options were watery scrambled eggs, fried eggs and small sausages that seemed to have been boiled rathern than fried. Inexplicably, no bacon on offer on any of the days. I wish I'd saved the cost by not including this and in fact on three of my seven mornings there I chose instead to make use of some of the better and cheaper local cafes, in particular Cheap Charlie's Jomtien (Jomtien Soi 5) which does an amazing range of delicious breakfasts, including bacon.
Got an early check in which was helpful as I'd transferred from Pattaya. The room was spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping at a high standard (although I had to prompt a couple of times for it to be done earlier in the day). Some of the common areas were a bit worn but the main ones, including the two pools and the rooftop bar/reastaurant, were beautiful. The food (and cocktails) at the attached pub and the rooftop restaurant were excellent and very good value for money.

No shower just a bath tub with a shower option. As an elderly person I found balancing in the bath tub to get a shower difficult.
