- very big balcony - when we put the DND sign, the cleaning ladies put water and toilet paper in front of the room (first time I see this, I think every hotel should implement it); altough we didn't need so much toilet paper haha - restaurants & 7eleven nearby - nice little desk for laptop

No lift so getting up and down with all the bags can be tough on the knees or staying on top floor. No laundry service

Really clean spacious rooms that are nicely designed. Everything you need, with the TV / AC / location. Bathroom was big with a proper shower. Owners super friendly and always around for answering questions you may have. Chilled vibe around the place.

When we first checked in, the bathroom was not entirely clean. There were some small hairs around the sink probably left from the previous guest. When we told the receptionist, they cleaned it, although his attitude was that he didn’t believe what we said.

Modern facilities, easy check-in and -out. Nice balcony facing the mountain. AC worked well. Overall a good experience for the money.

There is no elevator to upper floors but our room was at first floor level which was doable. Located some 15mins from beach by walk but on the other hand it was close to every facility, restaurants, laundry, clinic. Without breakfast but good restaurants around.

The room was spacious, tidy and clean with balcony and mountain views. Big bathroom with good water pressure. Owner helpful and well organised. I recommend this hotel.

A colonial feel with an element of modern minimalism. Liked the location as an easy distance to walk to the hub of Ao Nang. We ate mostly in the same street as the hotel as there was so much choice especially traditional Thai food.

It's a bit far from the beach(20min walking) but we didn't mind. The AC wasn't the strongest but it did it's job after a bit.

The owner helped us with the transportation to the airport and waited for us so that we could do a late check-in when we arrived. The room was big and the bed was amazing(on the hard side). The pillows were a bit too tall and hard for us. Across the hotel you have a 7/11 which is really nice

Room was clean and beautiful. Had a refrigerator and safe. The owner was kind and helpful. He helped us find a great restaurant off the beaten path and book a shuttle to the airport on our way back. He even let us clean up and get a shower after spending a few nights somewhere else. Highly recommend!!!! Would stay here again!

The distance from the sea was a bit long to go on foot.

We just wanted to spend a night in Crabi on the way from Phi Phi island to Siem Reap. That was a cheap, clean hotel close to the sea, as we wanted to spend the afternoon by the sea. The person at the reception was very polite and helpful. Although the hotel is on the main road, our room was on the back side and therefore quiet.

Good location opposite 7-11, close to restaurants , shops & bars, 15 min walk to beach, nice big room with a safe, comfortable bed & pillows ,daily housekeeping with topped up coffee, water & fresh towels, good size balcony with seating, good air con, would recommend & 100% stay again .

Beach was a little far if you prefer to walk everywhere, but the trade off was quiet.

Clean, friendly staff and comfortable stay. We debated staying in Railay but found tours easy to book from this hotel.

It is like 15-20 mins of walking to get to the beach or you can get a tuktuk for 100 bahts so it was not really an issue

A bit noice from the street and about 2,5 km walking distance to the beach. No pool at the hotel, but great value for money.

Very nice and newly renovated rooms. Big balcony and very effective and super silent air conditioner. Value for the money! Located on the cozy street with restaurants, cafés, nightclubs and shops, leading to the beach.
