We were a group of 22 adults and 5 children stayed there for 4D3N. We were very satisfied to stay there, especially the hotel staff there were very helpful and friendly. Thank you the staff name Daow, she very helping us to solve our problem. For sure we will come back again if we come to Krabi,

Construction on the neighboring site (May 2025), all day noise. A bit limited breakfast choice, regarding the number of stars which this hotel has. Stupid parents who leave the children unattended and they then climb the slides in the opposite direction. In a kid's club the air is full of fungus. It's out of the main part of Ao Nang, even there are quite enough places to eat in a walking distance.

The pools are excellent, especially the children's pool. We had a family room with bunk bed, it is really more than spacious. The beds are very comfortable, although that is a subjective thing. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. The staff is very polite. Despite the fact that I mentioned many negatives, this is an excellent hotel for families with children.

The breakfast selection could have been a little better.

This is a great hotel for families...and anyone else really. The rooms are decent size and the facilities are clean. There are 3 large pools; one of which is specifically for children and offers several slides. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach and you'll also be able to catch a long tail boat to Railey from there. There's also a night market (def go eat there) that's a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The only downside to this hotel was the breakfast selection...it wasn't bad but also not great. Just blah! 🤷🏾‍♂️ Overall, I'd stay her again and would recommend to anyone.

Part of the hotel is under construction + the reception is closed and moved to the restaurant. Nobody said anything about it when we booked. I would expect a discount since part of the pool was closed.

The pool is amazing for kids with awesome slides. We met 2 different families in the resort and it was their second time there, I think it says everything. Everything was more than expected. Value for Money rate is high

The choice of breakfast was limited. Suggestion... change it a little bit every couple of days, otherwise OK.

For the price, they should have bigger tv in the room. Bathroom amenities not too good, no shaving kit and no dental kit for the price of the room. Staff were very helpful.

The first room offered was on the ground floor and had a nasty drain smell. However, we were cheerfully offered rooms on the second and third floor with no smell issues.

Resort atmosphere and facilities. Nice pools. Helpful, friendly staff. Located across the road from the beach and handy to all the shops and restaurants. Comfortable room with good aircon and verandah facing the trees

Our package included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a la carte (I thought it was buffet style) which was a bit limiting for a vegetarian. There wasn’t a vegetarian entree or main so I had to request different food which they weren’t happy about. Would have preferred a buffet style dinner.

We loved the family bunk room, it was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Location was right across from the beach, although not really a swimming beach. Heaps of eateries close by and the famous night market under 10 mins walk. Beds were comfy and the air con super cold. Staff friendly.

The pool area was much bigger than the photos show. Swim up bar was great and friday foam party at 2 pm entertaining. Hotel setting was more open than expected which was great. Deciding between AO Nang centara and AO Holiday and ended up staying in both. 20 min walk to Ao Nang Road which we didn't mind but many restaurants are nearer. Would definitely return

The swim up bar at the smaller pool by the deluxe pool access room was never staffed which forced us to have to walk over to the main pool where it was crowded.

The pools were great! The swim up bar at the main pool was convenient! The rooms with pool access were great for the kids to swim at! The location was my favorite part. Very easy to walk to anything you wanted to do in the area.

Breakfast was a bit too busy if you left it late, and the selection could have been better. Good was ok with plenty of good options nearby if you go outside of the hotel

The pool was great for our three kids aged 5, 10, 11. Location was good with only short walk to the night markets. Rooms were clean, modern and a decent size. We had a family of five and two rooms connected which worked well.

This is definitely not a 5 star property, the place looks like it needs a revamp. The breakfast was average .. staff need training to manage breakfast services better in terms of getting table ready to serving tea/ coffee to guests or clearing up used plates/cutlery soon after for next round. We did it ourselves as staff seemed busy .. The pool area was always occupied by kids and family, so this place would be better for family with young kids but not so much for couples looking for some privacy and romantic getaway

Room was decent and quite spacious and had a huge balcony. Location was good, quite close to Aonang night market and the beach. The Thai meals and drinks we ordered at their cafe were good.
