The bathroom is a little small.

I like the location because I wanted to be in Thonburi closed to a BTS station. The owner or manager changed my room because the initial one did not match the description on booking.com The staff is very caring and respectful. The room was spacious, luminous and clean. I also liked the community kitchen and living room. It is very equipped and always clean.

The hotel rooms was very cleaned all the necessary items are there and the best things I liked about the staff is very helpful and polite. Best stay in Bangkok if you want to stay nearby Iconsiam then this place is well recommend..go for it.

The hotel is very new, the central area is good, there is a common kitchen to serve customers, which is very good, the staff provide good service, the price is very cheap, I promise I will come back again

We had a delightful two-night stay at this place. The staff were fantastic, and the facilities lived up to my expectations. Despite arriving before check-in time, the staff made me feel comfortable while waiting for my room. I'm already looking forward to returning here on my next visit to Bangkok.

Close to Talat plu if you like to taste some good Thai street food , even close to First one market , easy travel to Wat pak nam, 7-11 is just close by . The road to hotel very small but no problem at all to get in , taxi can make a turn inside hotel parking .

We had such a comfortable stay here. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious with everything we needed. Love the decorations. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's close to the Grand Palace. Oh and can't beat the price! Definitely staying here again next time we have a quick trip to Bangkok.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the duvet was very thin. The bathroom smelled quite a bit and there were a lot of mosquitoes around in the room and bathroom, and a large amount of red ants.

We ask to use microwave about 2-3 minutes and staff told me owner not allow us to use that. I don't know why it hard for 2-3 minutes. So disappointed about that.

The room and villa is small and they try to looks luxury. There is no air conditioning in the hallway and everywhere in the reception hall and around there are a lot of boxes with shoes. The staff was very busy selling them on the internet. The Internet goes bad and some sites cannot be accessed. The door to the bathroom doesn't close because it doesn't have a sink, the tiles are dirty and there's a lot of limestone. Clean sheets, the mattress is not comfortable, you can feel the springs. The water at the sink was flowing. Very far from stb (subway). To reach the property on foot from the Metro, you have to pass through a ghetto full of bitter people.we found a lot of hair on the floor. The air-condition was good.

If it's your first time in BKK you might be a little lost to be honest, depending on your mind-set For seasoned visitors it's really perfect

Location for downtown Bangkok is perfect, I don't like the tourist hotspots, people so friendly Not too far from the hustle and bustle of Chinatown and Markets Room was immaculate and really great value for money, don't expect Foriegn TV tho, who needs it anyway right? Fridge and microwave very handy Close to BTS Pho Nimit and Wongwian Yai, 60 baht taxi there, or 25 minute walk Nice washing facilty on site Friendly helpful staff
