WiFi was shocking, essentially didn't work at all, and we were given all manner of excuses (it's the rain, workman are coming today etc etc). Also, a few mornings we were woken up by someone drilling into the adjoining wall. Pre-9am. Definitely could've done without that, particularly as it never seemed to be the aforementioned workman fixing the WiFi.

Room was amazing, kept very clean every day. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Great location for us, walking distance to 3 stations and surrounded by excellent amenities, including an awesome coffee shop at the top of the street. Staff were nice, although slightly blasé.

The only downside is that the staff in the breakfast, what was supposed to be a buffet, felt like they were checking that we did not eat too much.

Was advised night before thatTuk tuk not available for morning sky train transfer so ordered taxi which failed to arrive on time. Was then advised tuk tuk to train would be available but only just made it in time to train and then airport which was stressful

- The room was a little stuffy. - The room did not have the light for the study table so it was a bit tiring for the eyes. - The TV instruction was in Chinese so I couldn't use it.

- Small but clean room & bathroom. - Very helpful receptionist. I got a free tuk tuk ride to the subway station at the end of my stay to go to the airport.

great location close to Skytrain and Airport train. Breakfast buffet was pretty big, with a lot of variety. Our pillows were too hard and after asking, they managed to find softer ones :) we went there for Songkran and enjoyed the vibe overall ! Restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a small park super super nice a few meters away !

It a bit far from ARL and I asked for the shuttle bus (song thel) to drop us of Phaya Thai but they said it wasn’t available on Sunday. The toilet doesn’t have a fan so the room has window in that room so you can hear everything outside or the neighbour. You have to pay for the breakfast.

It is iconic Thai design, although the pool is small and 1.2m deep, it has very good view and so windy in the evening. It has two lifts even 5 floors. The hotel has higher rate money exchange than ATM.

Lot of chemicals in pool, somebody stole my sunglasses in pool area.
