The view from the hotel (especially pool) is stunning, and so are the walks around the estate. Breakfast is great.

Everything was very nice, clean and we had all we needed. The hosts were very helpful, gave us tips for local restaurants and places to visit. They also let stay after checkout time so we didn’t have to store all our stuff in car before going to the airport.
The swimming pool area was very nice:)

La Kaye Nou, is a typical St Lucian home – a bungalow made of brick with two bedrooms, shower room, toilet kitchen, and lounge. It was really comfortable and I like the furnishings. it had everything we needed for our stay. It reminded me of my family home growing up. Best of all the owner is a masseuse and she gave us the most wonderful massage on one of our last days, very reasonably priced as well.
Set on a lush tropical estate, Anse Chastanet Resort is situated between Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin beaches, and offers wonderful views of Petit and Gros Piton mountains and the Caribbean Sea.

Soufriere is a weird kind of place, it looks sad and it was a place where we didn't feel safe, lots of men sitting around offering you stuff, we only found 1 restaurant half decent (where we ate at twice and the food was lovely, don't remember the name but it's close to the dock and it looks like it's where tour guides take tourists to), lots of drunk people on the street too.
I understand why people go to St Lucia and just stay at their resorts, this area is not yet prepared to receive tourists who like to explore.
The beaches nearby are nice but Sugar Beach is ridiculous, yes, it is beautiful but it is absurd that a 5 star hotel takes up the whole beach.
I'm glad we only spent 1 night here and the rest of the holiday in Rodney Bay, where there are more restaurants and lovely beaches. Much better infra-structure for tourism.

Great place for a base to St Lucia, as the most interesting places to visit are near here. There are a lot of locals that hang out in the city which makes it congested but they are very friendly, and all the people in the shops were friendly as well. The beach in the city is decent, and free, whereas the nearby resort ones are very nice but cost $$. I would base here again. Driving the road north is something you'll want to do only once due to how long it takes and the aggressive drivers, so plan accordingly!! :)

The resorts are great, it’s close to many adventures and sights… but in all my years of travel I’ve never been so hounded by peddlers. There were a few times we felt unsafe and were yelled at for not buying something. We

Soufriere is a must for anyone who visits St Lucia; there are the Pitons, the sulphur springs, Diamond baths and waterfalls and the botanical gardens and more. The locals are kind, polite, you are never hassled. The food is good and lots of good walks, transport is good. A good place to chill, walk or take a boat ride to the left Anse Chastanet or to the right to Sugar Beach.

We hiked the Gros piton trail- strenuous but rewarding although they wouldn’t let us see the second viewpoint at the peak of petit piton which was disappointing. We also liked the diamond falls botanical garden- small but beautiful. Fun town with some good restaurants- we ate at the hummingbird restaurant which was excellent.
Loved that I could see the Pitons out the window from my bed! The location is perfect, not just for the views but it's also basically walking distance from the town which was fantastic. The apartment is so well kept and beautiful. Sylvia, the housekeeper was so welcoming when we got in, gave us a little tour and made sure we knew we could contact Mora with any questions. Would definitely stay again, will definitely be telling anyone who wants to do a tour of Soufriere that this is the perfect location for their stay 😊
The staff are terrific and the grounds are gorgeous. The cottages are so cute! The breakfast is very good. Jenny, from the front desk was our "go to" person. She should be made the manager of Fond Doux. The location of Fond Doux is perfect for doing all of the activities in the south. It was very close to Malgretoute Beach, a good beach for snorkeling. The hotel there, the Paradise Hotel. has a restaurant and people to bring you doo and drinks to your $15 chairs.
The location is in Fond St. Jacques, which is in the middle of the forest. It feels as would live in between the birds and trees. Out of every window you see trees and mountains. In the night you can observe fireflies from the terrace. Conrad the host is friendly and very helpful and offers tours to Sulphur Springs and Taxi Transfer. He even organized us PCR Testing for our flight back. The hotel can be reached in 10 Minutes by bus from Soufriere.
This is by far one of the best places you can stay in St Lucia. The hotel is located in the hills above Soufrière, a perfect location to explore all the amazing activities St Lucia has to offer. I would say it is helpful if you have your own car as nothing is within walking distance. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the place is super clean and the view is just breath taking. The rooms are lovely, with incredible amenities.
To start the apartment was immaculately clean. The modern amenities blew us away, full kitchen, couch, dining room table, Netflix etc. It was like a nice condo. We had the best view in the town of Soufriere looking right at the Petit Piton. The location was perfect for access to the nearby beach. Nice packet of information for local activities and decently priced transportation options.
We loved everything about The Suite Spot Apartment. Arletta is a brilliant host, we can't think of anything that was not provided. The apartment is in a perfect positon for the town, the beach, local attractions, such as the sulphur baths, waterfalls and the Project Chocolate. We highly recommend The Suite Spot Apartment for couples looking for accommodation in Soufriere.
Isaiah was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy La Pelle and Soufriere. Not only did he make sure we knew where to go in town, but he constantly checked in on us to ensure we were having a great time. The place itself was beautiful with an awesome view and incredibly close (walking distance) to all of the spots in Soufriere including the market.
- The view from the hotel
- Very large room with superb balcony
- The pools, which give the impression of having an almost private pool
- The staff were very attentive (especially Kitty and the handyman - unfortunately I can't remember his name)
- The restaurant is quite good with a local and international menu
- The cocktails in the bar are good
The view from La Haut is beautiful. the resort is a "rustic" resort with older rooms and restaurant. the 2 pools were well maintained and the infinity pool had a wonderful view of Soufriere, the Pitons, and the ocean. Housekeeping staff was very nice and were very good at keeping our room clean.
Great location to see the east side of the island from, with all the St Lucian highlights in the area. Waking up every morning with a view of Petit Piton was splendid. Short walk (less than 2 minutes) to soufriere beach anytime we wanted to cool down with a quick dip.
The room is clean, comfortable, adequately equipped for a 4-5 day stay, staff are friendly.
We did some excursions, walked into town, drove to Tet Paul (beware exit road, may have been fixed now), Hotel Chocolat was fun, Diamond Falls, Mud Baths, etc.
Christopher was an amazing host, he really cares about his visitors! He also has a lot of knowledge about everything to do in the region :). Its the perfect base for soufriere exploration. And a tip - I really recommend going to Anse Mamin!
Excellent view of Pitons from room and grounds of the hotel. Stayed in villa room, equipped with kitchen. Tree Top Restaurant is close by, recommend the restaurant if you’re staying at Samfi,
Amazing atmosphere. Infinity pool is stunning. Views are breathtaking. The grounds are lovely for mini daily hikes. I will definitely be returning in the future. Its worth booking this hotel.
This place is located in the Hills of Soufriere, close to all the iconic experiences. Dimond waterfalls, Pitons, Botanical Gardens, water taxis from Soufriere beach & so much more.
