The city is very clean and safe. So many activities to do. So many places to see. You don't even need to sign up with a tour company to visit places of interest except to see the gorillas. You can take public transport or a taxi, or a Moto (motorcycle taxi) to any destination, although the busses are crowded. World class art galleries....and beautiful nature...and many more good stuff.

Kigali is a beautiful city—the cleanliness, calmness and general orderliness—it’s a tourist’s delight! I enjoyed my tour of the Genocide Memorial: it’s a well thought out idea. Kigali’s functional city infrastructure; street lights, well done pavements, speed limits, disciplined driving and the constant innovations are such a breath of fresh air. It had been a while since I visited and I highly recommend it!

Spectacular city. Extraordinary people.
Spectacular city. Extraordinary people. The genocide memorial is a must. Humanity at its worst and how the country has turned around. Remarkable and to be commended. Absolutely safe. So beautiful. The roads are spotless clean.
So let’s start off with the positives ,
The location is really good, right in the city centre and walkable distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. It’s also very handy that it’s right next to the Marriott as it’s an easy landmark for tour guides to navigate to and from.
Also I want to shout out Omega and Shariff who work in the apartment block and were very helpful with helping us acclimatise and suggesting local spots to watch the football, grab something to eat etc. They were both very helpful!
lovely property just minutes from the airport ! I was looking for something different not a hotel chain. Kigali had many “boutique hotels” but the quality of these is very different from place to place. this was a perfect fit. lovely garden to sit outside and eat, and comfortable and clean room with a very personal feel. room for big groups, or singles. a relaxing change from a big hotel and a low cost as well,
Kigali Downtown is small and nothing much to see, about 1-2 hours is enough and hotel are expensive. This hostel is in very very nice beautiful and clean area. Many foreigners lives here. Near to hostel there is nice village there can find very cheap beer 🍺 and good food. I loved this place and staying here many days. Staff are very good and helpful. Garden inside is fresh and ...
Everything. Service was awesome. There was ready made vehicle to navigate me. Hotel experience was awesome. Due to time difference I miscalculated my arrival by 1 hour and then I arrived earlier than scheduled but the hotel sent vehicle as soon as I arrived and I didn’t need to wait too long. Customer care both online and offline is great too. Speed response
My stay was wonderful! The room included air conditioning and a hot shower. The breakfast was great every morning and the staff is the best in Kigali! The evening talks with the owner and other visitors makes a difference from other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again!
Staff were awesome...so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds in large and quiet room. Good wifi and close to airport and a few local shops and restaurants. For 500 to 1000 Rwandan Francs you can take a motorcycle taxi to restaurant streets or large markets and 1300 all the way to town.
Warm welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is located in a very green and calm neighborhood in close distance to the city center. Great views of the city from the rooftop restaurant and good choice of tasty meals available.
Good location near city centre. Around 20 min walking up hill. 5 min in a moto taxi. Super friendly staff eager to help. Breakfast is decent without being outstanding. Overall the hotel is a good deal for the price. Free pick up and drop off from/to airport works great
The staff were very friendly and ever willing to assist and ensure the guest is satisfied. The facility is very clean and located in the city centre with easy access to the City Market where variety of items are sold. Transportation was not a challenge.
The place is well located in the heart of the city centre. Staff were very friendly and the place has a nice view. The restaurant is nice. The hotel building has also a supermarket, and lot of commerce in the lower floors.
It was very nice one week stay. Spacious rooms. Very good location if your target is convention centre but also 10 mins by taxi to the city centre. Excellent restaurant with rich food menu.
Location was awsome in heart of kigali, beautiful place. and the breakfast was as i am at home. lovely stay at the Manor hotel. Thanks for your honor. i will for sure suggest my friends.
