Fabulous place to spend a week - we visited the Old Town and also walked to the Tombs of the Kings. Great coastal walk with good footpaths and great views of the sea and small beaches.
We visited the livelier parts too - Bar Street etc - wouldn't want to stay on top of there as the bars are open until at least 2am but didn't see any trouble and good friendly staff.
Drinks a little expensive (especially the wine) but food was standard prices

The first thing to know is that there is not one single "...
The first thing to know is that there is not one single "center" or "turistic" part of the city. the majority of turistic shops are on the seaside, but in the inner part of the city and I have to say the are really few. Their opening time are quite weird for my standard, at 5 there was almost nothing open there, while on the seaside almost everything was open till late. In general not a lot of interesting and cute shops, I would say more low quality objects, no handmade and similar.
The archeological park is amazing and the Tombs of the kings are worthy a visit, I was really amazed.
the taxi for and from the airport are really expensive, but there is a bus, 623 which brings you to a bus stop from where is possible, very easily to get busses for each side of the city. each bus ticket is 2 euros while from 9pm is 3. the taxi from at to the airport is on average around 35 euros.
take care of the opening times of the museum because some are closed on Sunday or on Monday or which shorted working time.
On Sunday and Monday a lot of things are closed on the island.
A lot of archeological sites aren´t reachable if not by car.
I plan, if I go again, to rent a car, which doesn´t seem to be soo expensive, just keep in mind that they drive on the left side of the street.
People are also less kind that in Greece, where every time I say thank you, they immediately answer you´re welcome.
I would not say it is a bad place, it doesn´t meet my taste. If I have to suggest a place to visit I wouldn´t suggest Cyprus and if I have to suggest Cyprus, having seen just quickly Nicosia (as a city I didn´t like it at all, while the archeological museum is beautiful) and Limassol, I would suggest Paphos.
I love Greece and the Greek culture, maybe because of that I was a bit disappointed.

Lots of work going on to improve this City.
Lots of work going on to improve this City. Definitely on the 'Up' with constant road/pavement improvements, OK, bit of a pain but has to be done for a better experience for tourists. Our favourite eating places were Dias Zeus and Alkion. We will be back again later in the year. Taxi to airport cost 35 euros but think you could get for 30, shop around. Hope you have a nice time as Cypriot people are very nice, honest and friendly.

Amazing place on earth! We enjoyed our stay in Paphos.
Amazing place on earth! We enjoyed our stay in Paphos. Please select accommodation carefully. We had a guided tour for Aphrodite baths, abandoned ship and blue lagoon with swimming, we ate fantastic food and had amazing walking alongside beaches and promenades.
The staff were brilliant; super helpful and cheerful. We had a delay on our flight and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning. A member of staff had waited up for us to arrive to show us to our room. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast cooked to order and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is an independently owned hotel with a lovely outside area including pool and bar. We only stayed one very short night (due to our delay) as we were travelling in Cyprus, but wish we could have stayed a little longer.
We love staying in this hotel.
It’s clean and super comfortable.
The facilities are fantastic including the Spa.
It’s well worth booking a room with Panoramic Sea Views as the sights are spectacular; especially at sunset.
The cocktails are exceptional and All Inclusive is a must when staying here.
There is so much choice and variety; you will never struggle to find something to suit your tastes.
The staff are always so friendly and accommodating; particularly the Bar Staff.
We will definitely be staying again!
Location was good for the old town which was a short walk to good bars and restaurants. A thirty minute walk to the harbour or a short taxi ride. The rooms were a little dated but generally in good condition and everything worked fine. Bathroom was lacking space to store things but the shower was good. The staff were very helpful and called taxis for us when we needed one. Hotel pool was good so a friend tells me. Certainly looked ok. Not a hotel for children in my opinion. Little to do in the area to keep them amused.
- nice clean hotel with comfortable room
- good food (not too much fresh fruits and quite simple selection of deserts)
- breakfast until 11:00 and dinner till 21:00
- bus stop right next to the hotel (bus can take you all around Paphos - you might need to change the line)
- beautiful view from the pool
- a lot of food and drinks with All Inclusive (i believe half board would be just enough for most of the people)
- refreshing lemonade at the entrance for everyone
- helpful and friendly staff
- spacious free parking lot
Very good value for money.
We chose the all inclusive option and got to enjoy the restaurants and beach bar with no additional cost, food and drinks were great.
Lovely staff in the restaurants and especially at reception (wish I’d remember the name of the girl who checked us in, super sweet!!).
Overall amazing experience, no complaints and we would love to return in the future.
The hotel is adults only and is so quiet an peaceful, if that is what you’re looking for in your vacation this is the hotel for you!
The incredibly fast, helpful and efficient host. Excellent sized property. Good location. Good sized pool and pool area. Plenty of storage in the accomodation and the balcony and patio area were brilliant. The welcome pack was very welcome as we arrived late in the evening! All plugs in the apartment are UK plugs so no need for travel adapters. The central location means it's about a 20 minute walk to most areas, old town, harbour, beach, shops and restaurants etc. The WiFi was very good too.
This hotel is by far the best one I ever stayed in (and I had my share of 5 star hotels)!
It's spotless! It's quiet! It's team of employees work as one exquisite service machine!
The roome was spacious (the junior suite) and had all the necessary amneties.
The location is great. The pool is great. The food is great.
What can I say - This place is managed by a very competent staff!
It's not cheep but it certainly gives you value for money!
One of the best places i have stayed in Cyprus, the apartment is very shiny and has a very good size, super clean and cozy, full equipped kitchen, 200 meters from the bus stop bus number 615 and this bus has a 10 minutes variation this bus can take you to kato paphos ( city center area) and the coral bay beach and the beaches around ( the best beaches in paphos) and it's super easy to check in, in addition that the owner is super amazing
property is located in an amazing place, stunning landscapes. Staff, villas, cleanliness everything is just exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy there is finally a true 5 star gateway in Cyprus! Amazing attitude to the kids, all staff is so friendly, prompt. Villas are so new, designs are fantastic. can’t wait when they will open the rest of resort including SPA (they said it will be open on 2022)
the hotel was amazing - spotless and even nicer in person. the staff couldn’t do enough to help and offered games and activities at the pool. the bar at the pool makes great drinks only €5 for a cocktail if you’re not all inclusive. the hotel is 8km away from Paphos harbour but the bus stops right outside and is only €1.50. we loved our stay in Atlantica golden beach and were very sad to leave!
View is amazing from the room. Nice little balcony.
Concierge in lobby was helpful and nice with renting the electric scooters outside of the hotel.
The area is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and places were you can book trips in cyprus for cheap prices that are shown outside the stores.I booked trough Viator, In retrospect it was a mistake.
Nice apartment close to everything (pharmacy, shops, rental cars, restaurants, beach and etc.) Apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend to rent a car because you have parking on the site and is so much to explore in Cyprus like Coral bay beach, Troodos mountains, Limassol area, Latsi and etc.
The location of the hotel is simply amazing. Breakfasts were nice. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was nice and easy to use. Helpful staff. The area around the hotel turned out to be very quiet. A nice promenade just outside the hotel can take you on a nice walk around the bay.
A well-run family hotel with polite and helpful staff.
Located in the old town of Paphos- a good area with plenty ot bars, restaurants and rich nightlife.
~ 30 mins walk or ~10 min by bus from Paphos Harbour and the seaside.
Very good buffet breakfast that takes place in a beautiful garden.
Great location and the villas are really lovely. The local restaurants are excellent. This was a wonderful base for touring Cyprus. The pool areas are very good and cleaned regularly. Kitchens well equipped with spacious living areas.
It was perfect. We stayed over Christmas with our 2 year old and the staff did everything within their power to make it magical. Lovely hotel, clean, staff amazing, food lovely and the all inclusive drinks were lovely!
One of the best customer-experience we had at a hotel in Cyprus. Special mentions go to Fotoula, Chryso and Aphroditi who went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed!
Absolutely incredible place to stay. Staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Would highly recommend, probably the best hotel in Cyprus!
