Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it ! And well, they were adorable. I think it is the most important. And they upgraded me for free in a beautiful bedroom with a magnificent front beach view.

I almost feel guilty raving about this place because even though Egyptians know about it and have been coming for decades, there are relatively few foreign tourists. This has allowed Marsa Matruh to retain its unique cultural authenticity, with its delightful Bedouin hospitality and scrupulously honest people. I hope it won't be invaded soon by too many foreign tourists. Avoid coming in July and August. The best months are May, early June, September and October. It's simply paradise.

The sea is the best along north coast however beaches and the provided service are not as good
If you care about the quality of stay you need to visit private beaches yet expect not to be satisfyingly served
Water facilities are not the best too
If you like local markets you will like the city if not i don't recommend as it's too crowded in high seasons

Marsa Matrouh city presents a compelling alternative to the North Coast due to its affordability and the abundance of beautiful, pristine beaches. In addition, there is a wide range of activities to enjoy and delectable cuisine to savor. I highly recommend considering Matrouh, particularly for families seeking an enjoyable vacation destination.

Avoid in summer.
Avoid in summer. Best beaches ever, but try in September end, as in summer it gets super crowded, annoying and not enjoyable at all. City needs lot of development and investors to build nice and affordable resorts.

Marsa Matruh itself which is 35km from the hotel we were staying at is a den for Islamic fundamentalists, salafis and moslem brotherhood. It is not a place to be visited. Jazz hotel is in Almaza Bay which is totally separate from Marsa Matruh.
The stuff were awesome ❤ specially Mr Emad and the restaurants he suggested for me the best restaurants in Marsa Matrouh 😍, Omaima at the hotel restaurant with her warm smile 😊 she always brings me my favorite food 😋,the location is in the middle of the city near by everything and I can see the sea from the balcony ❤.
The hotel was very clean and quiet 🤫
The animation Team was perfect either Egyptians and Italians , Room was Super Excellent Big , Clean and with a great Sea view , everyday they were surprising us by a sweet snack which was nice and Elegant ..
Hope that next year will come again .. I think i finally found my final destination in my Summer vecation ❤
The property is really small and the hotel private beach area is super small, it actually look like a small swimming pool! This hotel is still new, with a lot of technical issues; such as water heating issues, linking doors between rooms do not lock, the hotel elevator is not properly programmed, and much more!
I visited the hotel in summer and in autumn. in autumn is much less fun as all the facilities were not fully functioning. however, it's a very remarkable place you will enjoy it in all seasons. the food at the open buffet is one of a kind, but in the low season the food is only OK.
We had a reservation online and when we arrived at the hotel after a long travel, they said they don’t have availability. Very poor facility and unprofessional customer service. While we were waiting at the front desk a lady came and was yelling at them for other problems she has
extremely friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with a pool view, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, close proximity to the village where you will find many F&B outlets, night life and retail outlets, and impeccable hotel facilities such as pool, gym and spa.

One of the best beaches on the Mediterranean.
The restaurant was amazing, great food and excellent service. Kudos to the guy who served us a perfect medium steak in a buffet.
We loved the beach lodge.
Beautiful and clean hotel.
Smaller but sufficient beach.
Hotel manager and staff very pleasant and kind. Delicious food, kudos to the chef.
I was extremely satisfied.
Highly recommend.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that it looks renovated, which adds to its overall appeal. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant.
The stuff was friendly but this was not enough for someone used to be in 5 stars hotels, i felt disgusted with the surroundings, and we moved after spending the time we paid for.
Amazing service from all hotel crew, always everyone seems smiley, helpful and supportive
Clean and tidy rooms, sea view was amazing,
Swimming pool was very good for kids
The hotel was really nice, elegant, and cozy. The staff were really friendly. The view was amazing and the beach was very relaxing. The room was outstanding.
