The decor of the hotel is top tier. There is also a big enclosure with little parrot birds in the lobby and a model of Clock Tower (symbol of Izmir). Service was great and reception was very helpful, the room looked nice and cozy. Location was perfect for me as it was close to all places I wanted to visit, and there is a supermarket and ATMs nearby. There is also a bus ticket office close to the hotel, they drive you directly to Otogari for free if you buy a ticket - perfect for people who want to travel Turkish cities with a bus

It was not easy to get around Izmir as there were not signs in English. And there were not booklets in English for tourists to be well oriented in the city.
We enjoyed the boat trip and walked along the seaside.

So many things to see on day trips from the area: Ephesus, Pamukkale and Hieropolis, Cesme, etc. What's left of old part of town is worth a visit as are the remains of the ancient Greco-Roman town (though a lot is currently closed off). Much of the city by the water is 'new' because of the destruction of the 1922 fire, which is sad. But a great experience overall (even the taxi drivers are nice and honest, and the weather was much better than in Istanbul). Definitely want to go back.

Konak area is good for tourist and close to Clock Tower and Kemeralti carsi. Kardiyaka is very good are to see , you can go eith tram or ferry. Also very interesting part is Dario Moreno street where you have very nice bars and nightlife. At the end you can rich with elevator to the top restaurant with magnificent view of the city.
If you are travelling from Izmir airport, this hotel is the best option! To enter the hotel, you need to follow the way to the airport into “Dis Hatlar”, and the entrance is at the very beginning. As soon as you enter the hotel you are welcomed and greeted by staff and the help you immediately. To get to international or domestic terminals, it is just an elevator ride and 2 min walk inside the airport!
Not to mention, the hotel is very clean and spacious. Also the wifi works very well! I would highly recommend this hotel!
The hotel is located in a fantastic area close to around 400 restaurants, bars and cafes.
The railway station is a 5 minute walk, the Izmir clock tower is a 3-4 km walk & the bus station can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
If you want to visit Ephesus ruins & house of Virgin Mother Mary the Hay Hotel is the best place to stay because it is so easy to get to the train station and then get to Ephesus.
You can also get to the hotel seamlessly from the airport by taking the train at Adnan Menderes station to Alsancak.
The staff were rally friendly and helpful, organising to park our car using their carpark lift and taking us to our rooms (we were two couples). The rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff recommended somewhere to eat for lunch, which was delicious and good value. We liked the location in the middle of Izmir.
The breakfast was a large buffet, with an excellent selection.
Overall, we were really happy with this hotel and would definitely stay again.
The hotel is nearby the bazaar market. You have to go through a fish market, which made me surprise the first time, but we got used to it. The hotel has an amiable staff. One of the workers, Turker, helped us to plan our two days in Izmir. Make sure you have time to see Virgin Mary’s home, where she lived her last few years. The Ephesus was also unforgettable. Turker was sweet and friendly and even taught us a new game on the Backgammon Board. We had so much fun, even though the weather wasn't the best. Thank you!
I had the Single room which covers in a decent way the basic needs - small room, comfy bed (pillow could have been better), small private bathroom, mini bar with good items / good prices. TV and good wi-fi in my room (for turist needs). Breakfast was good. Overall, I paid for 5 nights here as I would have paid for 1 night at a 5 stars hotel, so there's not much to complain.
I had a great solo experience in Izmir! The city is veeery beautiful and I felt very safe!!
The Hotel Service was exceptionally! Rooms very modern and stylish. The first place in turkey where I got fresh pressed orange juice for breakfast. Also, complimentary mini bar. Location is very central and perfect to explore Izmirs old town.
Parking was free of charge and excellently serviced (valet)
The road side room was a little noisy and the restaurant prices are way too high.
All in all a good choice if you visit Izmir.
This is not my first time in Park Inn, this is the best hotel in Izmir. Worth the value. Room is super clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is excellent. Location can not be better, a few min walk to Konak Pier, or Alsancak. And of course there is Starbucks right next to entrance:) Sea view room was nice.
Another moment: Hotel calls lab guys for you to get PCR test before your flight. Only 35$ .
A super hotel with the super staff! Clean and comfortable rooms, very tasty breakfast and helpful staff. Thank you Emrah and Mehmet for your help in searching interesting places to visit and in making my accommodation more comfortable. Looking forward to visit Izmir one more time and to stay at this hotel! Wish you all the best and more happy guests!
I liked everything
The room, the bathroom
Everything was clean
The staff was very nuce, helpful and responsive
The free breakfast was very good and plenty of variety in it
The hotel price was very affordable
The city (Izmir) is very nice , but hot
Shopping, transportation and food in Izmir are cheaper than Istanbul sometimes by 50% or more
We are happy to stay in a real hotel with large room, comfortable beds, and proper bathroom, after staying in family hotels for a few weeks, while traveling around Greece and Turkey. We also like its location next to the train station. We took the train to Cappadocia, Ephesus, and the airport. It's very convenient.
Everything was perfect, literally perfect. They made my first experiende in Turkey unforgettable. The cleanest hotel I've stayed in so far. The food was extremely delicous and the staff very friendly and helpfull in all ways. The location of the hotel is superb; you will enjoy your stay there always, in all ways.
The location of the hotel was perfect! So close to Konak pier, Kemeralti Carshi, Izmir Clock Tower, Izmir Kultur Park, Chankaya metro station, bus stations and parks and so many restaurants and shops! The breakfast that hotel offers was unbeliavable. Can't describe the supportive hotel staff!
Absolute gem of a hotel, service fantastic, meals and club room excellent, location and view fantastic, I have stayed at more than 60 5 star hotels around the world and this hotel is up there with best of them.
More than highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
It was an fair stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it was not rich and the area is not safe and nice to walk, but if you have a car, the location of the hotel is convenient because it is close to the ring road of Izmir.
It looks like a hotel with 5 stars. Staff very polite, big rooms, great beds, mixed breakfast, near the bazaar, very beautiful view. Perfect from all the spots. 10
Location in the old Bazar of Izmir.
Very helpful reception staff, Turker, and Meraj.
Room decorations amazing
Cozy boutique hotel.
Turkish coffee is free.
Hotel is a new one, staff and all service is great, taking into account that hotel is located 5-10 mins by taxi from Izmir Airport, very close to Optimum Outlet
We stayed at this hotel during our group tour to Izmir. Everything was great. Hotel manager Mr. Mesut always took care of us and met all our necessary needs.
