The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

Proprietor did not provide key until 2330. He did not answer my call at 1930, and did not call back. I had not heard back from him by 2000. It was getting dark so I rented another room. He sent a text at 2130, after nightfall and after I had rented another room. I called again at 2300 and was told that there was a key in a lockbox. I returned to the location and followed his instruction but there was no key in the keybox.
He was good, though, at taking my money.

We stayed here to attend the Pause Guitarre Festival and we were really surprised on how beautiful is Albi. Honestly, I did not expect anything like what we saw in the last 3 days. The centre is lovely and full of independent shops, and restaurants and cafes'.

Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner.
Albi is a photographer's dream. Photo ops at every corner. The evening light on the old city from the other side of the Tarn is amazing. The Cathedrale of Ste. Cecile is stunning. The Toulouse-Lautrec museum is quite large & takes several hours to appreciate.

Albi is a fascinating town with a great history.
Albi is a fascinating town with a great history. The covered market is outstanding, with fabulous shops and places of interest to visit. There are a number of small villages nearby which are interesting as well as the Toulouse-La Trec exhibition. The church is really interesting inside and worth a visit. Excellent restaurants.

What a wonderful and beautiful city.
What a wonderful and beautiful city. Not only wonderful places to visit with fascinating history but just a wonderful environment to walk around. Some beautiful places along the river. Well worth a visit
I chose the hotel because it supposedly have a free parking: The free parking was the one of the rail station on front, hotel does not have one. I chose it because it had a restaurant and I travelled 600 miles to get there, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 9,25 pm a very unpleasant woman told us with arttitude that the restaurant would close at 9,30. Who the hell close a restaurant service at 9,30 in France ?
Rooms were little, 2 small beds, no closets, bad bathroom. I really do not recommend any with normal standards to go there.
The location is perfect, close to all points of interest in the city, as well as the restaurants and the covered market.
The apartment is very clean and chic. Coffee and tea is available. Also we found water and beer waiting for us in the fridge.
Philippe was waiting for us at the property and gave us all the information we needed for a great stay in Albi.
Perfect location, calm street, within easy 5 minutes walk of old city. Spotlessly clean with helpful and pleasant staff.
We appear to have been upgraded from a standard room to a "family" room free of charge. Big spacious and secure covered garage. Will definitely return again in the future. Rodney MANNERS - France
Lovely hotel in the centre of Albi. Very friendly welcome. Our initial room was beautiful but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was a particularly hot evening. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us immediately. Food in restaurant was delicious as was breakfast on the terrace.
Beautiful location with a view onto the Tarn river nestling in the wooded valley beyond. The restaurant has lovely food and staff competent enough to steer you away from dubious wine choices. The hotel manages to combine 5-star service with a family atmosphere.` Albi's monuments are also an absolute must-see.
We needed a hotel room for one night to sleep and have breakfast the next day. Ibis was perfect for this. It was clean and 5 minutes walk to center of town.
Breakfast was very good. My two children (12 and 16 , both petite) fit comfortably in the beds with me. We had a standard room.
It was spacious and very well appointed Marie France was gracious and welcoming Breakfast was delicious and ample It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood It’s less than ten minutes to a free parking area that is a short walk to the cathedral and T Lautrec museum
Beautiful large country home built in the 19th Century which was very comfortable. The owners made us most welcome and met all our needs from a delicious breakfast and suggestions for day trips to the region through to recommendations of restaurants in Albi.
Great boutique hotel with an awesome hostess! Fun design throughout, great location (just across a bridge from cathedral etc. - 10 min walk). Good breakfast. It also had a yard and a pool but we did not have time to use it. Parking on the street is free.
One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the friendly staff to the beautifully appointed very large room to the tasty breakfasts, we were very impressed. There’s much to be said for a family run hotel as opposed to the big chains.
Wonderful location although a bit difficult to find. Find the car park first and then walk to the hotel. Lovely lady who greets you. Very nice accommodations. Walking distance to the cathedral and Lautrec museum.
The location was good for us. Albi is a delightful city. About 15 min walk to the station and 20 mins to the Cathedral and museum. A supermarket very close. Parking was on site. Check in easy. Room was clean.
The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel was very nice on the inside and was in a great location. It was also very easy to park and there are loads of spots to eat around that area.
The room was comfortable, well supplied, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The location was close to the centre of medieval Albi and could easily be reached with a short walk.
Brilliant location next to the bridge and offering a panoramic view across the river of the attractive old city of Albi. We also like the concept of historic buildings being converted into hotels.
Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff who couldn't have been more helpful. It felt a little corporate but this was offset by the great staff.
Well positioned for all the sights of Albi.
Lovely family run hotel. Superb room overlooking an inner courtyard, very quiet and peaceful.
All of Albi just around the corner. Don't stay anywhere else.
It was convenient location just across the bridge to medieval Albi. Fell in love with the house and room. Welcome accommodation in France. Great breakfast
