I picked this hotel for the location, close to the beach and easy to walk to from the train station ( 40mins with a small bag is more than managable on a nice day ). Staff was very friendly, area felt safe. No bad surprise on the room, as described, clean, confortable, good internet signal and a nice balcony.

Fabulous location, 100mtrs from the sea and we had a sea view. We were upgraded to a 'comfort' room. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. A nice sized balcony we could sit on and enjoy the view. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at the hôtel for 5 days along with my 2 children..everything was perfect: the staff, the service, the entertainment, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast. For me, since I didn't know the concept of the hotel. It's actually more of a place to stay for a few weeks than a hotel...

It is very close to the beach and the local supermarkets.
We made a day trip to Spain, which is also very close by and easy to do from this location.
I would have liked to see working facilities for washing your clothes though, but that is about the only negative thing I can think of.

A fantastic area of Perpignan to visit & stay lovely family atmosphere and very busy for beginning of July, there is much to see and do for all ages with numerous day and nightime activities available. There is a small train running into the centre of Argeles day and night in the surrounding area, there is a funfair with many rides. On Bastille day 14 July there were free firework displays in the area.
The weather was an added bonus

A busy place but in early June many restaurants/cafes were closed on Tuesdays. Good place for families and both the young and old. Argelès ville (the old town) is worth walking up to or taking the little electric bus up there - only costs €1. The Office de Tourism is very helpful with plenty information on horse riding to boat trips. The Mémorial Camp Musée is worth visiting to remind everyone of the horrors of war and the life of a refugee. The Casa de l'Albera has exhibitions on the region and its history. The Église Notre-Dame del Prat d'Argelès-sur-Mer (28 Rue de la Solidarité) is a beautiful gothic church. If you like to dine in a calm location and eat well go to Auberge du Bon Vivant (1, route de la mer). It's worth visiting Argelès for this restaurant alone. Whatever one chooses it will be delicious. Plus La Casa des Rails is a gem of a restaurant with a desert - Mille-Feuille Fraise "ç'était un petit bout de paradis":

Argeles is worth exploring.
Argeles is worth exploring. Every day you find something new. Try the reasonably priced tapas bars down at the Port. Most sites offer free travel on the Train/Bus which is not as embarrassing as it first appears. Lots of end of bin wine offers in Intermarche and Lidls had some interesting local offerings.

This is a nice privately run hotel with the option to have freshly cooked lunch and dinner on days the restaurant is open. The family room gave extra space and was ensuite. I also loved the option to have a kettle in the room. The roof terrace was my favourite spot for breakfast, and from the Juliette balcony the old town was visible. In equal distance to old town and central beach. Staff was very attentive when approached. Good parking on site. Breakfast relatively cheap.
Villa Les Sirenes was a perfect spot for my visit to Argeles-sur-mer. I appreciated that it was close enough to everything without being in the busy areas. The owner and staff were so helpful and welcoming, and accommodated my poor French language skills gracefully. The rooms get quite hot during the day, but with attention to keeping the windows and dark curtains closed during the day, and the good fan provided, I was able to sleep. Would stay again!
The room at this hotel, whilst an older buuilding, was very well modernised. The bathroom in particular had just been updated and very pleasant.
The location is central and close to bars, shops, eateries and the beach. It is a comfortable 30min walk from the train station.
Breakfast is excellent value for money, with a good selection for all tastes. Catering staff were very attentive, pleasant and helpful.
This was a nice find just steps from the beach. For the location, it is a great value. Rooms are very small but hey, you're not spending time in the room in Argeles-sur-Mer. Each room has a nice patio with a small table and chairs. There is no elevator. We were on the top floor. No big deal. Staff was very friendly. Keep in mind, this is an older building so don't expect a whole lot. It was all fine for us.
The hotel is very well located: it is the the vibrant port of Argelès, and a few hundred meters from the beach. The room is not big, but this is compensated by a huge balcony, equipped with a table and chairs. The folded bed is more comfortable than one expects while seeing it. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a private parking, and, in case it is full, there are two huge free public parkings nearby.
The hotel is a little oasis in a small town. Staff were helpful and friendly. We used the pool and spa facilities and all were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and an excellent range of different food. We would visit again. We enjoyed the walk to the beach but it is a good 30 minute walk at a decent pace. Secure parking is available at a cost of €10 per night.
Great room, we had the studio highly recommended for families. Stuff was very friendly, heated pool at 25C. The hotel also had a kids outdoor play area which was highly appreciated. Great breakfast as well! The hotel is next to Colliure a picturesque village a must visit! (we took a taxi from the hotel only 17-18€, difficult to park in the center of the village )
Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh local produce around the pool. Perfect. Pool and garden area was lovely, with plenty of space for sitting in the sun or shade. All the staff and the owners were incredibly helpful. Hotel in a peaceful location on the edge of the village which was an easy walk. Cycle paths right next to the hotel
I liked the fact that I could check in any time and everything was automated. Overall the hotel seems a bit old but it is in good shape once you go inside. The room was comfortable with big windows and a lot of light coming in once you open the curtain. The staff also was friendly and helpful.
Very nice little hotel with awesome staff and great customer service. The hotel is gated at night, and there are security cameras all around the perimeter. It also has a pool and rooftop sun deck. Super quiet area, away fro all the noise at the beach.
Very comfortable, clean, and welcoming .
It is a lovely small, quiet hotel, brilliant breakfast, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff and owners. We would definitely recommend using this hotel to our friends and family.
Great location directly on the beach with hotel owned beach bar, restaurant and pool. Very friendly service: When I arrived and my room smelled from cigarette smoke, I immediately got a free upgrade to a room with fresh air
Every member of the staff was pleasant and more than accommodating. The dinner was exceptional. The location was absolutely stunning. I wish I had more time at the hotel. I would go back there in a heartbeat!!
This place is remarkable value for the money and the breakfast was superb. as were our hosts the location is a quiet part of Argeles Sur Mer yet just a few minutes from all he bars and restaurants
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was near to the hustle and bustle of bars etc, and very close to the beach but felt secure and could not hear any noise from the bedroom
Hotel was clean, reception and cleaning staff very helpful and efficient. Food in the restaurant was very good. Pool was ideal and always could find a suitable spot and lounger to sit on.
