We stayed there on the way to a motorcycle tour to England.
Large and secure parking.
Everything was great. The rooms are big, clean and beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast excellent! (everything was freshly prepared)
People at the front desk very friendly and helpful!
We would stay there again.

Staff extremely helpful. We were travelling by cycle and they found us safe storage. Good clean room not far from Auchan hypermarket with all facilities. Very good value.

The property replied to our questions fast after we booked. As promised we had a ground floor room with windows to park our motorbikes outside. Breakfast was brilliant, continental breakfast with a twist, there was so much variety n an all you can eat buffet.
Secure parking from 10pm to 7am, guests were given a code to gain access. There was a bistro next door that gave discount when staying at the property portions enormous, outstanding quality and staff very hospitable.
We had a bath, granted it was small but it was a bath and after riding over thousand miles it was worth it. Beds were comfortable, rooms were small but had everything we needed, they were clean, soap for hair, body n face was included and was sulfate free.
5-10min journey to the euro tunnel
There is a bus that takes you to citie europe for free which is 3min walk from the hotel
Couldn't have stayed in a better place

Very handy location as wanted somewhere to stay after crossing through the euro tunnel very late at night. Fitted the bill perfectly as a place to stopover before heading further into Europe after a good sleep. Very comfy bed. Bathroom a bit basic and plastic but overall a very good hotel for the price.

Coquelles is a small group of housing and industrial units between Calais proper and Sangatte. It is not a place to visit for tourists, you need a car, although Calais and Sangatte are a only stiff walk away.

Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review.
Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review. We ate at the Poivre Rouge. Staff very nice but the steak my wife had was the most overpriced piece of meat I have ever seen. The steak - butchers cut - is in the photo. It cost €15.50 on its own!!

We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel.
We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel. Time on our hands this time, meant that we could visit some of the beaches. Those at Sangatte were truly lovely and well worth spending a day or more at. Coquelles itself has a good supermarket, restaurants etc, so worth breaking the journey there and preparing either for an excursion further into France, or the trip back home. And if you have time, Cap Gris-Nez is also lovely!

The hotel and ones next to it has a large police presence and many police vehicles in the car park making it feel very safe and secure. The location is perfect for the tunnel and shopping, where it is quite basic it suits well for an overnight stop.
Staff friendly and efficient.
Furnishings a little tired.
We had an unforeseen over night stop at this hotel in Calais due to our animal health certificate being incorrectly filled in by vets in Florence. So we had to re-administer our dog the correct worming tablet abd had to wait 24 hours before we could re-enter UK. The hotel was very clean, and handy for Le Shuttle. The late check out of 12 o clock was also handy for us. Breakfast was good. Nice sized room. Good value
We stay here as without doubt this is the best hotel in Calais. And to our complete surprise a lovely gift was awaiting in our room from the hotel as we have stayed here before many times. A true sincere act of customer service and this hotel will be our choice for many more trips thank you your staff are brilliant and the manager simply the best
The check in was great the young guy on reception was very friendly and helpful we had a ground floor room which was great as we had the dog
Very clean room and enough for an overnight stay before channel tunnel crossing
Secure car parking and easy access
There restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance
I used to stay in this hotel at least once a year before the pandemic. I haven't been there for about 3 years. The room is still clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Being right next to Eurotunnel and Cite Europe, the location is fantastic.
The location 5 minutes from the Eurotunnel was perfect. Great starting off point to explore France after a good night's sleep and excellent breakfast. Easy parking and great welcome from the staff. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
No staff onsite, all done via machine and code. Room clean but small, lethal steep staircase. can't swing a cat in this. Never again, and will use my regular hotel in Calais Coquelle again in the future.
Easy to get into very late at night when we crossed through the Tunnel. Beds were comfy, hot shower and it was easy to find. A useful stopping point in Calais and good price for 2 adults and 2 kids
If you’re stopping before traveling to the UK or vice versa, it’s perfect. Great hotel, friendly staff, cold AC, good Wi-Fi, comfortable bed and pillows (full and firm) with good linens.
It was clean, good size room and a tasty breakfast. Easy to find in Calais and free parking within walking distance to City Europe, the shopping centre and next to the euro tunnel.
Because we used the ferry to go to France from UK, we need the hotel allowing late check-in. Staff was very kind and the room was clean and convenient. Breakfast was really nice.
Big rooms, lovely shower, good parking, very convenient for Tunnel or ferries, limited menu but good food, wine fair price but beer overpriced (similar to Monaco prices!!)
Quick and easy check in even late at night. Secured parking space very close to Calais Eurotunnel which is exactly what I was looking for. Value for money.
We come here at least twice a year as this is the perfect location before or after the eurotunel! The hotel is clean, modern and has everything you want.
Location is ideal for travelling between UK and Calais tunnel terminals. Staff are always lovely. Food is good quality and bedrooms are clean and comfy
