I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service I received during my visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, and I would like to particularly acknowledge Ismail, the bartender, and Fatem Zahra at the omelettes station.Ismail's exceptional skills behind the bar and his warm, welcoming demeanor made each evening at the hotel bar a delight. His knowledge of cocktails and his ability to craft the perfect drink tailored to individual tastes was truly impressive. Ismail’s friendly and attentive service turned a simple drink into a wonderful experience.Fatem Zahra, who manned the omelettes station during breakfast, was equally outstanding. Her cheerful personality and dedication to making the best omelettes were a great start to the day. She took the time to ensure each omelette was cooked to perfection, accommodating all preferences with a smile. Her positive energy and culinary expertise significantly enhanced my mornings at the hotel. Both Ismail and Fatem Zahra exemplify the high standards of service that Radisson Hotels are known for. Their commitment to guest satisfaction truly made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and hospitality. Thank you, Ismail and Fatem Zahra, for making my stay so memorable!

Super location for a stay in Alhoceima. Near the well known square and the sea view. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Next to the police station. Most important: best breakfast on the 7th floor with beautiful view.

Al Hoceima has so many lovely beaches and so much variety...
Al Hoceima has so many lovely beaches and so much variety from the dark soft sand of Sfiha beach to the coarse gray sand of Talla Youssef, the light-colored sand of Quemado beach, and even some pebble beaches with little to no sand such as Cala Bonita. We enjoyed exploring Al Hoceima National Park on the weekend, especially Taoussart beach which involved a 20 minute hike and almost 700 stairs. We were so hot and sweaty when we arrived, but that made the crystal clear blue water even more inviting. Keep in mind, you have to hike out afterwards and it's mostly uphill on the way out, so be prepared for that if you decide to visit Taoussart. The coastal road between Al Hoceima and Tetouan is absolutely stunning and worth the drive if you are in the region and have time to visit Tetouan. Our favorite restaurant in Al Hoceima was at Aiman JetPark. We ate on the terrace upstairs and had a panoramic sunset view of the sea and cliffs in the distance. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We had such a lovely time exploring this gorgeous region of Morocco.

This was a good clean hotel with a nice pool.
This was a good clean hotel with a nice pool. Breakfast was excellent. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but assuming it would be good. Our room had a strange smell every once in a while, but we could get past that. We had the hotel do some laundry and was surprised at how expensive it was...ask before getting laundry done! The manager, Abdelmalek, was very helpful in giving us accurate info about a day hike in Cala Iris to a viewpoint...it was amazing and we had great views of the ocean. Overall, 2 days and three nights was enough time in Al-Hoceima.
Wonderful location، front desk staff incompetent as they insisted that reserving through booking.com exempts the guest from getting the rewards points.Luckily the GM promised to add the points.
Breakfast was chaotic and hugely understaffed. Good size room but a bit dirty with a big spider web next to the main bed. Bleach marks on beige bayheoom towels. Facilities are wonderful. All in all the hotel was packed but suffers from lack of stuff and training.
Perfect place for a stop over when traveling along the coast. The guy who works there (Hamza?) is very friendly and helpful, he cooks nice food in the evening and a big breakfast in the morning. The room was nice, spacious, comfortable bed, WiFi, balcony.. we could hear the sea from the room which was nice. Parking in front of the hotel. The room for the meals is very nice and we enjoyed meeting other travelers there.
A Rare Gem of a guesthouse nestled in the hill overlooking Playa Sfiha beach. Joaquin and his wife Marilla were exceptionally gracious hosts; attentive to all of our needs, shared great local tips, kept an immaculately clean house, and prepared delicious homemade breakfasts every morning. The town of Al Hoceima is an easy 10 minute drive away. We especially loved sunrises and sunsets from the panoramic terrace.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel and the region ( Rif) are not hospitable , friendly nor are they welcoming which is not the experience I had in the rest of Morocco. We were not really welcomed or appreciated, no smiles in the capital of the Rif. Will never go back to visit.
The pool was nice with good music being played. Restaurant was affordable. Walking distance to the beach. For our honeymoon they brought us breakfast one morning and we ate one the balcony! Reception was really sweet. Hotel looks a little upscale esp the pool with the beds
amazing view, the rooms are big and clean with a lovely parfum smell 😍 I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation. the staff was friendly especially Mohammed the receptionist he showed me the hotel and helped me with all the questions I had. thanks 🙏🏼
I liked the location of the hotel and the architecture that made it look like a small town rather than just one building. Also, The staff was very nice and welcoming during the stay. Not to mention the quality of food was just exceptional.
I would suggest communicating with clients well about getting to the hotel. We were not a part of a group and the resort is a ways outside of town, so hard to access, making it a bit more expensive and stressful.
My stay at this hotel was great! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is right in the city center, so it's easy to get around. The staff were friendly, which made my stay even better.
The hotel was great the view was breathtaking and the staff is what made our stay exceptionnal. So thanks to taoufik yassine fattah amine and oumaima for making our trip unforgettable
Complete delicious breakfast and super nice staff. Very nice views, you can also go to the swimming pool of Hotel Mercure asking for the card in the hall of Suites Hotel Mohammed V.
We were expecting more than what we experienced. The hotel has great potential and needs a more engaged staff to make it better for the clients. Staff was kind
The room is wide enough and well equipped.
The staff are very helpful .
The location of the hotel is very beautiful.
The parks are all green and wonderful
