We haven't had breakfast in hotel regina. I suggestion I would like to give is they should offer bed and breakfast deal. Me and my husband booked this same hotel back in 2013 with bed and breakfast offer deal. This time we as a family booked this same hotel because of location and cleanliness and quiet away from town noise the scenic views are just beyond imagination. Mr YoYo owner of hotel is such a lovey person.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. We took picture of the same view every morning when the sun rise and in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all info we needed for the trip both to Interlaken and to Jungfrau. Breakfast was very good too. Too bad the weather was too cold and it was raining so we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool. Maybe next time. We stayed there for 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

They don’t have hotel staff to help with luggage, to get to the room you have to use 2 elevators and stairs. This was very difficult esp with multiple luggage’s and children. When I requested for help they were not helpful and rather rude.AAnonymous - 6.0Scored 6.0

Beautiful place, the view from our room was breathtaking! Breakfast was very good, and also we had dinner twice at the restaurant and food was great. The hotel has several floors, and even though they have elevators, you still have to take the stairs to go to some places, and they do not have ramps in the stairs, which make it very complicated because we were traveling with our baby and to carry the stroller through all the stairs wasn't good. Service was regular to bad, we didn't find the staff to be very friendly. We had an issue with a waiter at the restaurant. When we arrived the room wasn't clean, we found pieces of glass on the floor, when we told them they didn't seem to care much, also they didn't clean our room. They don't have room service, if you want to order something for the restaurant my husband had to go directly and bring everything by himself, and then again, it was quite long to take 2 elevators and 3 stairs to get from our room to the restaurant. The location is great, the view of the lake breathtaking. The village seems a bit in need of investment, but under deep snow it still looks just great. If you have kids don´t forget to check the local toys/stationary/bookshop. There is a very nice "kugelbahn" - marble run in the shopping window. There is a very nice slope in the village for sledding, great for easy afternoon with kids. The space seems a bit squeezed though, there is not much space next to the road for walking, you always have to keep the kids under supervision. Sceneries and views are spectacular as it is high comparing to other land .public transportation services are really great . Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

I intentionally booked a hotel outside of Interlaken for a reason and the Fassbind Hotel is truly paradise... It was my 40th birthday and I spent it with "family" Chef Dani made me a really special birthday cake and we celebrated it al fresco ~ overlooking the mountains and the beautiful lake - it was truly a birthday to remember! We will definitely come back, next time with more family :)

The overall facility is great, with a very nice swimming pool, gym and family play area included. The views are AMAZING. Waking up every morning you think you are in heaven. The landlords were great, welcomed us very well to their apartment and let us check-out late which really helped. We are already dreaming of our next holiday in Beatenberg and you can imagine where we plan to stay 🙂

Toys for the kids, planning our days, a babycarrier for the hike... The place is run with a warm heart and all these little attentions made a big difference to us. As is evident from the pictures, the apartment is also beautiful and comfortable with a fine balcony with view. Beatenberg seems to have a more familial atmosphere than Interlaken.

The scenery on way down to interlaken looks like it was taken from a Walt Disney movie. The apartment has amazing view and it is very comfortable and equipped. It has a car garage and all the facilities you’ll need. The communication with the owner is very good.
