The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful.
Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.

The location was brilliant, the size of the room incredible and the staff so welcoming and knowledgeable, we met Jordan the owner what a very lovely gentleman, gave us some great information on places to eat and drink, he even sent over menu information from his go to Indian restaurant.

Room was lovely. Surroundings lovely.
We arrived late and although the place was very busy staff were welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent - very attractively presented well cooked food. We stayed there to visit our daughter as she doesn't have room for us to stay. We will be staying there again when we next visit.
Tring is a small town. It has some good pubs and, of course, the country outpost of the Natural History Museum, which is worth a visit, along with The Tring Brewery. The railway station is 2 miles away, so bear that in mind if you're not driving.

I booked a nights stay for my fiancés christmas present.
I booked a nights stay for my fiancés christmas present. We arrived to a very basic and extremely dated room, with mould all over the shower, grotty plugs and zero warmth and the decor goes back to the 70s. We only had one towel to share in the bathroom.
The spa area was very small and over crowded with people, the sauna and steam room was so busy people were standing up inside. We were not able to relax or enjoy any of the facilities
The sauna was warm at its best, the cold plunge wasn’t cold and the steam room wasn’t hot. The whole area stunk
We went to the cafe on site to get a drink, again over crowded, very young staff who were talking amongst themselves when we were all waiting to be served. The waitress took my order while her colleague was asking if he could clock off.
She spilt my fiancés coffee and my overpriced juice tasted shocking
The dinner menu was very minimal with not many options to get excited about we ended up venturing 10 minutes out in the car to a lovely italian restaurant as we were starving
when we returned we wanted to get a hot drink and sit somewhere, there was one room crammed with people playing board games and a piano player was the entertainment but no sign of drinks to order. I ended up asking a staff member to which they said the cafe is closed….
We ended up going to bed and even that was awful. The bed was so hard, we struggled to sleep and both woke with sore backs.
I was so disappointed with this stay as I have been to Champneys in Forest Mere and it was very nice. But due to this being the flagship I thought it would be next level luxury especially after the price I paid. I would not recommend they need a whole refurbishment, new food menus, bigger facilities and then high end finishes .

Enjoyed some of the pubs in the town plus the excellent "Olive Limes" Indian restaurant which I would highly recommend.
There were buses to other local towns such as Aylesbury although the buses seemed to stop running after 7pm!

Nice little town, with an excellent local Brewery and Farm Shop opposite Tesco's. Also, craft Gin bar hidden up an alleyway near top of High Street car park. Small local market with great cheese stall, some good local restaurants and have to recommend the Cog Cafe who went out of their way to accommodate us as a large group and served delicious cakes with wonderful smiley service.

Lovely town with beautiful buildings.
Lovely town with beautiful buildings. Some great little shops for having a good rummage in. Found the hidden little gem that is The Craftyard off the High Street which offers a tremendous array of different Gins - you are truly spoilt for choice - also beers.

The staff were ok, we felt they could have been more welcoming. Lunch was so disappointing. A ham sandwich cost £8.50 and was basic bread served with basic crisps and no salad. As we had alos booked dinner we felt that we had maybe made a mistake but our dinner was lovely and the waiting staff very friendly and professional.
We overall pleasant stay, room and hotel interior were fantastic and like . The peacocks, open fire Christmas tree created the lovely ambience we remembered when we came for our wedding anniversary before. Room was very comfortable, great beds and linen. This time booked the afternoon tea which was very good. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves and the hotel was very accommodating with my daughter being the only child around.
The hotel is located in the middle of the small forrest, perfect for some fresh air and quiet time to restore from busy city life. You can enjoy the nature and watch peacocks walking around while you are having lunch in the garden. Friendly staff
The hosts were friendly, the Lodge looks beautiful. Liked the secluded spot, very quiet and peaceful. Only a short walk to both the Village Pub and bus stop into Tring. Lovely area for hiking with lots of footpaths near by.
The place was exceptionally clean.
It's in a good central position for Tring town centre
Jordan was very helpful.
The bed etc comfortable. Kitchen facilities very good
