Our room was quiet as requested. The view was a bit of a disappointment overlooking the car park, but we were only there for one night so it was ok. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant was nice. We ate dinner there the night before. That was ok too. There was no other options in the area anyway unless we wanted to travel, which we didn't. All in all the stay was good. We were only a few minutes away from Malaga airport so it made the car hire drop off easy.

I lost my passport at Malaga airport and had to find accommodation quickly while waiting for a new passport. Manuel and his brother were amazing in finding a room each day as I did not know how many days I would require a room!. I have stayed at the hotel before and have always been impressed by their helpfulness. The rooms are spotless, plus the location for trains and buses is perfect. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Malaga centre.

The birthplace of Picasso is as colourful as an artist’s palette, from the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea to the golden sun, which gives 300 days of sunshine per year. When the sun sets, the vibrant nightlife awakens and you’ll find your place amongst the youthful square of the old centre, the trendy bars of La Malagueta or on one of the terraces of Pedregalejo.
There's also rich history underneath the sun and fun. Alcazaba is a Moorish castle from the 11th century and just next to it are the remnants of a Roman Theatre. The white stone tower of the Malaga Cathedral rises up in the heart of the city centre, and offers an interesting respite from sun bathing on the magnificent and popular beaches.
A more modern history can be appreciated by visiting the birthplace of Picasso and a museum full of exhibitions by Malaga’s most famous resident. A more relaxed Spanish city than Madrid and Barcelona, Malaga is still the gateway to the Costa del Sol and the busy Malaga Airport is only 10 km from the centre of town.
From budget hostels to 5-star luxury hotels, with Booking.com you’re sure to find the perfect accommodation for your sunny holiday.

Excellent location for tourists.
Excellent location for tourists. All places of interest walkable.
Hotel good - in city centre but quiet location. Bath too narrow for some people. Shower OK. Needed a mirror over dressing table instead of opposite the window where it was unusable. The TV could then be mounted higher on the wall. Hotel breakfast good - plenty of choice. Roof terrace bar with snacks was a bonus.

The appartement was lovely and peaceful with a super terrace...
The appartement was lovely and peaceful with a super terrace and views. There wasn't much in Torremuelle its self , but the train , a few minutes walk from the appartement , took us wherever we needed to go.There were also buses. Benalmadina was good for a visit , for the cable car and amazing mountain views, market and parque de Paloma, which is well worth a visit, especially with young children. The beaches were nice , but the sea front was very crowded and touristy, although we had a very nice meal at the restaurant, Le sirene. But watch out as they charged 8€ for a small basket of bread that was placed on the table! Fuengirola was lovely and the town had very pretty streets to explore. The sea front and beaches were lovely , good facilities, clean and quieter than Benalmádena. We tried the Sukiyaki Japanese restaurant ,which was a great , fun experience, with excellent sushi and many other dishes in an all you can eat format, with a Cat robot that brings your food . The only negative for the beaches ,was that non of the showers worked. Would like to explore more of the area. Malaga was also lovely and i would like to go back to explore the city more. Lovely parks , pretty streets and architecture, and a fantastic market. I will need another holiday to explore everything further. One thing to note is that if you are on foot , with no car , some areas are very steep. Our appartement in Torremuelle was on a steep hill , but the exercise was good for us! For people with mobility problems , it may not be ideal. On my next visit , i would probably avoid Benalmádena and explore Fuengirola and Malaga and some other areas more. Some areas and attractions are difficult to get to with out a car.

Malaga was beautiful.
Malaga was beautiful. Very touristy, but a great place to visit. We enjoyed seeing the sights and eating at the local restaurants. Prices were ver reasonable. We loved Banderas best for Sangria! Not sure I would go back, as there was not a ton of things to do, however the beach was gorgeous and that I wish we had more time for.

Very vibrant city. Beautiful buildings and architecture.
Very vibrant city. Beautiful buildings and architecture. Impressed on how clean it was.
You will never be lost for somewhere to eat, restaurants everywhere. Some of the Tapas restaurants were excellent. Particularly Anyway, near the Marina and Tasquita in the town. Staff were very helpful with the menu.
We were not keen on the restaurants on the marina as more chains and expensive.
Nighttime in the old town is buzzing, but not
Over the top for us oldies.
We walked from our hotel to the town, about 20 minutes, but the bus system is very good and cheap!
Beaches are clean and on our visit, not too busy.
Great location, near to old town, 10 min to Mercadona, 20 to the beach. You feel safe there
Stylish and clean apartment. The bed is extra comfortable!
Wifi inside apartment is good, I had video calls, it was stable and without any problems
The terrace is amazing! Even considering that you need go out from apartment to enter to the terrace, still it was great, with nice view. And without view on you, as in many Malaga's apartment
There is everything you need: towels, cleaning things (if you staying for a long time), all kitchen staff
Palacio Solecio is a beautiful and stylish boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Malaga. Located few steps from Picasso Museum and Roman Theatre, finished with care and perfection, with attention to every detail. It gives you a feeling of luxury home in the middle of bustling city. Very BIG and comfortable beds, luxury linen, walls covered with wood and mirrors, smart light setup in the room. Big and comfy bathroom with enough space for everything. All in all - would definitely stay there again, maybe choose other room type.
Nice beach-front hotel located right on the Guadalmar beach, a private community around 20 minutes from the center of Málaga and a 10-minute drive to the airport. We took taxis to the center of Malaga without problems. There is actually a taxi stand on the property. Taxi service in Spain is very good, cheap and safe. We loved our spacious room on the seventh floor with a nice balcony facing the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and kind. Excellent buffet breakfast with many options and tasty foods.
This is very nice hotel with a helpful and nice staff in a great location. It’s not in the busy city of Malaga, but in a very quiet upper end neighborhood located a block or two from the beach, a small grocery store and restaurants. It’s an easy bus or taxi ride to town. The rooms are good sized with a sitting area, patios, large bathroom and the setting is beautiful with palm trees and a sparkling clean pool. The breakfasts had a great selection of foods including eggs, meats, yogurt, cereal, pastries and an espresso machine.
Ideal hotel for a short break to Malaga, truly excellent location, for access to old town, (right next to cathedral) and sight- seeing, beautiful views of Malaga.
Roof top area has exceptional panoramic view of Malaga
Beach and marina a very short walk away.
We had a sea view which I would recommend.
Stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast not the most exceptional but adequate.
However there are so many places to eat spoilt for choice and reasonably priced.
Easily accessible from airport by Airport bus A
Very nice and quiet apartment in an Aparthotel in the beautiful Soho-district. Only a 5 minute walk to Malaga’s old town. Restaurants, a market and bakery nearby.
Very easy to get into the apartment when we arrived after midnight from the airport. Before arriving they send us codes that unlock the main door to the building and the door to the apartment. The reception is open every day from 11-19, and the staff is very helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay!
I stayed here at the start and end of my recent holiday to Spain. Easy to get to from the Airport - 10 minute train journey and 10minute walk from the station. Both apartments I stayed in were spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a few days stay in Malaga. Few minutes walk into the old town so perfect location for exploring. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends. Thanks
I have used this hotel a couple different times when I have to fly out of Malaga. Usually my flights are always at 6 AM in the morning in this hotel is a
perfect distance to the Airport. The staff is always friendly when checking in and throughout my visit.
They're kind enough to print boarding passes at no charge. The rooms you're always clean and I feel safe on the hotel grounds.
Located close to the beach and had free parking in the street. Spacious apartment with lots of rooms and beds. Clean kitchen and shower. We really liked the nearby Huelin neighborhood for food and drinks with the locals instead of the touristy old town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They offered us to stay longer and also to take us to the airport for our flight home.
This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Malaga , rooms are small but clean and modern . Staff very friendly and helpful , good air con , great location if you want to be near the train station. 20 min walk to old town and harbour . The roof top terrace is a lovely bonus. the hotel has a personal touch and felt safe for a small city accommodation.
We arrived in malaga by. We wanted a hotel that was walking distance from the station and with easy access to the old town for dinner, but also easy to get to the airport in the morning as we were only staying for one night. The Guadalmedina was in the perfect location to fulfil all these requirements.
Location was great. Just a short walk to the old town and a little supermarket round the corner. We were delayed by a flat tyre so only had a day to enjoy Malaga, but managed to see plenty and enjoy the food and wine! Irene arranged our taxi to the airport. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
Immaculately clean modern boutique hotel. Conveniently situated in Old Town area and short walk to shops, visitor attractions and marina with easting places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very wide choice of fresh breakfast items.
Nice large comfortable room, lovely balcony with superb view. Location 20 minutes walk from old town Malaga but that did not bother us. Cheap taxi back to the hotel in the evening if you prefer not to walk.
The Soho Urban Hotel is a great place to stay when in Malaga. The hotel's location is more residential than touristy yet super close to everything; the beach, the old market, museums and restaurants.
Handy hotel if you're driving - parking outside and larger carparks nearby. It's a 15 min walk into the old town of Malaga and 20 min drive to airport. Was sleek, clean and functional.
Very comfortable hotel with a big room, clear room, and a rooftop pool that had an amazing view.
Perfect for few nights. 10 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the old town.
Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location to discover Malaga. The restaurant was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Rooms nicely decorated and smart layout.
