The staff were SUPER helpful. They let us check in early on a very last minute booking AND let us store our bags and sit to use our computers for hours after our check-out time. The location was such an easy walk to the castle and to the main street for food (super great ice-cream shop nearby). Rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was more than we could possibly need.

The staff at the hotel were very kind to make breakfast for us and deliver it to the room, as we were outside the normal serving times with running the local Parkrun there. We were extremely surprised to see how good the breakfast was.

Malbork is a clean and pleasant town, well maintained by a local government even offering free transport as an initiative to reduce the use of private cars.
The main attraction is the medieval castle which is a must to see. There are also a lot of places to shop and to eat, and many pastry and cake shops.
As transport is free, go for a ride around town to see more of it.

It’s is enough to see and enjoy for at least two days. Lots of tourists attractions. One day we were following the tourist route thru the City monuments and the other day we dated for the long Castle tour. There are also excellent bikes paths, water canoes trips etc..
The restaurants could improve quite a bit, but close buy this appartment where I was staying, on the opposite side of the Castle, I found a great eating place called “Cynamonowe Sklepy”, which serves old traditional Polish/Prussian food, which is excellent and in a very good price range. For the rest the city seems quiet and under major development! I enjoy a 2 good relaxing and interesting historical days!

Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days.
Malbork is a great place to stay for a couple fo days. The castle itself requires minimum a day to enjoy it fully. The town itself is compact and easily covered on foot, with plenty of great walks. There are nice restaurants/cafes, and not far away there is a Dinopark - great place to spend day with kids with some simple rides, tree climbing trails and more.

Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see.
Malbork Castle is huge! There is lots to see. We went for the siege reenactment festival & it was busy, but great fun. Well worth the price of the tickets. The 'fire show' was spectacular, I would go again just for that alone, I've never seen anything like it. Well done Malbork.

There is absolutely nothing to do apart from the old castle. There's barely a decent restaurant. I regretted staying there. Should have stayed at Gdansk and made it a day's excursion to visit the Malbork castle.

The hotel itself is fine but if you are travelling on business they do not tell you that you need to tell them on check in that you want a receipt and if you ask for it on check out you can not have it - do not stay here
The apartment is brand-new with nice furniture and stylish decoration. Very clean. It felt like we were the first visitors. It has all facilities for a short or a longer stay. It is part of a regular apartment building with regular Malbork citizens. It is just 100 meters from the famous Malbork castle. All other facilities (food, supermarket etc.) are within minutes walking distance.
Location was excellent right in middle of high street. Nice self contained flat. Liked the balcony which was nice to be able to sit out on in the evening.Bathroom was good with plenty of hot water and à good shower. Kitchen had a fridge with lots of cooking and serving utensils.
Walking distance to Malbork Castle which can be seen from the window of the apartment.
I recommend this hotel to all travelers who go to Malbork to see the famous castle. The hotel is in the center of the town, just a few hundred meters from the entrance to the castle and with a great view of the castle from the hotel balcony. Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms and also parking!
Amazing host and great apartment with fantastic location. Host is extremely helpful and goes all the way to make sure guest are content. Me and my son found it to be the best stay during our entire trip aroumd Poland (enjoyed it more than some 4 star hotels). Highly recommended and affordable!
Parking was not an issue. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and cozy. We walked to the castle which was only 15 minutes away . I highly recommend this place and will stay again if we return to Malbork again.
Absolutely perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the Malbork, close to grocery store, close to Miasto, quiet residential area, easy parking, well stocked kitchen, clean clean, spacious, practical key box system, good communication.
The hotel has only pluses, staff, location in the city center, breakfast, interior decor.
All the little things in the interior and comfort are thought out to the smallest detail and with love.
Clean and comfortable, located close to Malbork castle and local restaurants.
Parking for motorcycle behind hotel. Hotel staff and owner very helpful. Delicious breakfast.
Great hotel. Nice deco, top breakfast, good wi-fi, close to the castle (they let us leave our car after check-out and collect it after castle visit from their parking).
