This is a simple, clean, plain hotel situated on a busy road near the attractive main square but with very quiet rooms at the back facing a garden and park, with a huge balcony. The rooms are large, the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The situation for walking to Mala Skala was excellent, as well as having convenient train travel to nearby towns. We dined at Puku Bistro, round the corner, and also walked down a pretty river walk to the inn Abeluv Mlyn, which took about 20 minutes. There is a Tesco a few minutes away which is well-stocked,

Unfortunately i went during the Coronvirus outbreak as i was accompanying my daughter who was having a medical procedure so not a holiday for me , i also went out of season, other than that i would return for a holiday as its very pretty and lots to see , i didnt see much as lock down was imposed in Czech republic.
The hotel staff and nurses at the hospital were very nice but i did find the people surly and rude to the point that i felt uncomfortable.

Place is simply amazing if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities. Narrow paths that lead you to ancient castle, towering stone spires and deep forests. Cozy family restaurants sprinkled here and there, low prices, big grocery store in Turnov center, you won't need anything else <3

Turnov is a nice village.
Turnov is a nice village. But most important is that it is a good starter for the Bohemian Paradise region and visiting the nearby city of Liberec. Stay at penzion Eden and go for a good diner and good atmosphere to restaurant Plaudit (Bezrucova 698) in Turnov.
It is a complete house with everything you need for daily life. For hikers to Bohemian paradise it takes about 10 minutes of walk to be there. The property owner communicated with us immediately after our booking. When they knew we would travel by train to Turnov, they offered pick-up service. They are ready to help you at any moment if you ask for. We got even delicious self-baked cakes as surprise from them! We had a very pleasant stay! It is part of beautiful memory of our travel to Czech Republic.
It's a private accommodation in a house. Simple, a very good bed, extremely clean and offers everything you need overnight.
The rooms are simple, and not fancy, but you don't need more. E.G. Who needs a TV. They offer free WiFi, which I didn't use. I just slept. The host is friendly and flexible when arriving.
A kitchen with fridge and stove to prepare meals is offered. And you are located in the center of Turnov, so restaurants and bars are close.
Great place to stay while visiting Cesky Raj. There are some nice forest trails just nearby so it's easy to explore the neighbourhood even on foot. Hotel is connected with the restaurant and it was very convenient for us - the food was very good and reasonably priced, so we didn't have to look for any other place to eat. Breakfast are versatile so everyone can find something that suits them.
Hotel has a very good location, thus it give a super starting point to reach all the attractions nearby. Also host was very kind and responses for requests quite quickly. Room and bath had enough space and all necessary equipments. As another plus, we had a free car parking next to front door of our room. Even it was center of a city, there was quite quiet.
We stayed there twice, once in an apartment hotel, small aber you have everything you need. Once in normal hotel room. We were there as a family with two boys. They loved the pools. The outdoor pool area is not big but very nice. I could do my yoga outside. The hotel is well located, staff friendly. Breakfast average. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
Incredibly pleasant small hotel with newly refurbished spacious rooms. Bathroom was superb, beds very comfortable, they have even a "pillow menu" - different pillows for different types of sleep with detailed descriptions which is which. The location is ideal for exploring Bohemian paradise in ant direction.
Excelent moden hotel right in the centre of Turnov. The receiptionist was super helpful and even assist with bicycle storage. The room was very spacious with a huge bed and airconditioning. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower. Bufet breakfast was excelent and I even had a glass of bubbles.
Modern hotel recently refurbished. Great location in the centre of town. Room clean on arrival and good amenities, ie, tea, coffee, mini bar, complimentary water, toiletries, tissues, sewing kit, nail kit, hairdryer etc. Pleasant dining room and attentive staff. Good hot and cold choice for breakfast.
Everything was great, we stayed for two nights only. As we were traveling with a friend, it was essential that there were two separate rooms, that’s why we chose this hotel. The rooms were clean and all facilities were in place. The balcony was really nice too.
Breakfast was great, also staying in the hotel part.
The rooms out of the hotel, were smelly, dirty, old, very dissapointed.we stayed to first night there and then luckily moved to the hotel part.
Not able to pay with the card in the hotel( coffee, beer etc)
Hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, breakfast was copious with eggs, vegetable and fruit, a beautiful garden with a small pond and lawn, and near all attractions in the area.
We also enjoyed dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
Good location. Near to many restaurants. My stayed was a short stayed I came to Turnov to explore Cesky Raj. It was unexpectedly clean, room was attic style, very cute yet comfortable. Washroom was bright and clean.
The hosts were very nice. The hotel has a restaurant, which was very convenient, because it's slightly removed from the city centre. We could communicate in English and German. The room was just right.
Great location, right next to the town square, the hotel itself is very modern and the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was surprisingly good also.
